The owner Kevin came to install my Samsung qn90d 85 in. His communication was excellent and very professional. And even though I forgot to order the wall mount, he just so happened to have it in its possession. I guess he anticipated me not remembering. Kevin put in the extra effort to communicate with us and overcome challenges due to time and distance, as we were living outside of the U.S. while he was conducting the installation. What do you love most about your job?
Everything related to home automation is very interesting to me. It's cool to see different forms of new technology in action. I enjoy helping home owners accomplish their home improvement goals. And I personally enjoy the freedom of owning and operating a small business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for a large manufacturing company for sixteen years, but I've always wanted to own a business. I decided to get started because I want something to transition into once I retire from my primary place of employment. In addition, I have a daughter and I wanted to build a business that she can potentially own herself one day.

I take pride in my work and I always endeavor to do the best possible job for the customer. I am patient and I have a very good work ethic. My focus isn't simply on making money. I understand that if you provide a quality service to your customers, ultimately it will pay off and will allow you to reach your financial goals.

I can troubleshoot and correct problems with the Lutron lighting control systems I install for homeowners through the Lutron app. I have no other services that I can provide remotely at this time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have been vaccinated myself. I make a concerted effort to be mindful of the health and well being of others. If requested to wear a mask, I am always willing to comply to keep those around me safe.
