What do you love most about your job?
The one thing I love most about my job is looking after the health and safety of my employees and staff. A healthy staff generates positive client feedback. Keeping clients positive and happy is what keeps me wanting to accomplish more with ADW and those that follow the footsteps.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business simply because I wanted to do it right and different. Not only with my military career but also my security career I'm certain the task at hand will be completed to standard. Being able to take care of others rather big or small drives me to continue with ADW.
