We are builders in the Charlotte area and have used Advanced Drafting for years doing everything from remodels in single family homes to building multiple townhomes. Steve does an excellent job. He is personable and responsible but better yet, he works with you to create your vision in what your building. On top of all of that he is familiar with code. But the part I am most grateful for Steve is that he solves problems. Numerous times in the design process, problems will arise and it makes our lives so much easier when Steve says that he will figure it out. Steve and his company are great.
