Had an emergency that required flowers. Called and was attended by the owner. Delivery was on time and flowers were amazing.

My sisters and I had worked with Pablo for many years. This time we were handled by his ex-wife and son. They did a horrible job. The flowers started to die after 30 minutes, they didn't even make it to the luncheon. The writing on the ribbons were so poorly done and unprofessional, there are no words. She had spelled my daughters name "Ava" as "Ara", etc. It was horrible. We later found out that Pablo had gotten a divorce and they took the business from him. They suck. Pablo is now in another store in Chatsworth. I don't recommend this place at all. They have no clue what they are doing. More...

These guys are great! I stopped by to get some rose pedals to surprise my wife on our Anniversary. The rose pedals were fresh and definitely the finishing touch to the surprise! I was so impressed with them that yesterday I ordered the Deluxe Beautiful in Blue arrangement to be delivered to my wife at her work. WOW the quality and attention to detail is top notch, the flowers are fresh and vibrant. I highly recommend! More...

Ordered from the a set of flowers to surprise my girlfriend... not only that they have changed the flowers that i chose bo they couldn't 'source' the tulips that were shown on their website they didn't even offer a discount or anything for the last minute change. My girlfriend received a very tired looking flowers instead of fresh flowers for a $100 !When I called to complain, the guy didn't even let me talk and was just trying to justify what's going on continuing saying the flowers are fresh.Super bad experience, wouldn't recommend them! I absolutely loved my wedding bouquet! It was exactly what I had dreamed of--beautiful, elegant, and even better than I imagined. The quality was amazing, and the price was very reasonable for what I received. The customer service was kind and friendly throughout the process. My only suggestion would be to improve communication if you're running behind schedule. A quick update would go a long way in giving customers peace of mind, especially for such an important event. I can’t remember her name but she was just so helpful and made the process smooth. When I went it pick up it was one of her sons (name starts with a J) and he was so friendly and accommodating to my schedule since we had to be at UCLA early.
