My BF sent me flowers for my bday and paid extra for same day delivery, however they were delivered a day late. Not the best bouquet. Flowers were withering after 1 day. Also I saw sent a blue teddy bear that had been used and was very filthy. I called to make a complaint and was told that they would come out to deliver another one but they did not. I purchased a lei here for my daughter’s university graduation. Their customer service is excellent - super helpful, friendly. I can’t remember her name but she was just so helpful and made the process smooth. When I went it pick up it was one of her sons (name starts with a J) and he was so friendly and accommodating to my schedule since we had to be at UCLA early. What a great company! Easy online ordering that included a phone call to verify the 3-digit code (safety precaution). I placed the order at approximately 2pm, and I learned that the flowers were delivered a couple of hours later when my friend call to tell me they were absolutely beautiful!! Highly recommend!
