We used A Touch of Class for our kids communion and confirmation party! They were amazing! The kids ranged from 2-16 and everyone had a great time! Constant games, dancing, and fun! The parents were able to sit down and enjoy themselves while the kids were entertained! We also used to photography package and it was so nice to not have to worry about getting all the pictures myself. A Touch of Class was outstanding for our daughter’s communion. I’ve always believed a DJ can make or break a party, and Louis proved that firsthand — but what truly sets him apart is his ability as an emcee.

His experience shows in how he controls the entire flow of the event. Everything was seamless, well-timed, and engaging from start to finish. He knows how to read the room, keep the energy exactly where it needs to be, and make sure every guest is involved.

What really stood out was how great he was with the kids — he had them fully engaged and having a blast the entire time.

I had a 55 & Fabulous Dance Party on 4/25/26 at Harbor Point in Point Pleasant Beach. I booked the the DJ & Photographer from Touch of Class DJs and Photographers about a year ago and it was seamless. Very professional and friendly. I would rate the DJ 3 stars due to the following: I was told to make a playlist for the party which I worked on for months. My playlist consisted of freestyle, club & techno music from the 80s - 00s. I wanted everyone to dance to all my favorite club songs. My party started out with freestyle music which was awesome. However, the DJ didn't adhere to my playlist that was printed out in front of him when he started playing 70s music, slow songs and music that I didn't request. I'm not happy about this, however, overall my guests had a great time. As for the photographer, I would rate her 5 stars because she was very professional and friendly, took a lot of pictures and was up for any request that I asked for. More...

I encourage your guests to dance Some of your guests made requests that were not on your list however they were part of the freestyle era which I played The few slow songs that I played gave the men who did not dance a chance to dance with their significant other. Some of the freestyle songs that you selected only had two or three of your friends dancing and the few '70s songs that I played were at the request of some of your guests Your playlist with over a hundred songs would have taken over seven hours to play and your party was only 4 hours The only time you came up to me during the party was to request Judy Torres which I immediately played They also requested new music like Pitbull but you indicated you did not want any new music which I adhered to I take pride in what I do and your review of my work in no way is an indication of the performance that I gave you last night Think about the great party that you had last night with your family and friends do you really believe that I should receive such a terrible review? This is the 2nd time we have used this DJ company. They did our engagement party 2.5 years ago and then they did my wife’s surprise 30th birthday party last Saturday. We also hired photography with them. They were worth every single penny. Luis & his crew did the DJ part & Luis really got people on the dance floor, including the children! He really got the party started. They did everything that we wanted and more! If you’re looking for DJ, they are the way to go. Sherry did our photos. She was amazing and the photos that we have gotten back so far, came out great! She got a lot of photos and she was quick on her feet. While I had a 5 star review, the ONLY complaint I have is that she left at 10:30..10:45 after cake. The party ended at 11:30. My wife asked her to take a picture after cake and she was denied a photo because Sherry said “oh no I leave right after cake.” This was never discussed that she was leaving earlier than the DJ. I paid for them all to be there until 11:30. There were photos that we didn’t get. That’s the only complaint. Other than that, she was fantastic. We would use them again for future parties! More...

Thank you for the review. It is generally standard that photographers leave after cake. Sherry began taking pictures at 6:30 an hour before the party actually began. She took well over 400 pictures and usually the last hour would only be some more dance pictures and there were many of those. The family portraits and family pictures including every table was included during her time there. She loved being at your party and enjoyed the enthusiasm of you your wife and all the guests. And for any future party she would be happy to see till the end if that's what you would like. Thanks again for your kind words

Everyone loved the entertainment from Touch of Class :) my soon-to-be 10yo son and his 30 friends danced all night, sang all the words to the songs they love, and played at least a dozen games together, boys and girls, having the time of their life. One of the Best Bat Mitzvahs I’ve Ever Attended

I recently attended a Bat Mitzvah where A Touch of Class DJs and Photographers handled the entertainment, and I was seriously impressed. From the moment the party started, the energy in the room was incredible.

The DJ knew exactly how to keep both the kids and adults engaged. The music selection was spot-on, moving effortlessly between kids’ favorites and great throwbacks for the adults. The games were fun without being over the top, and the kids were fully involved the entire time which says a lot.

What really stood out was Louis. His presence, professionalism, and ability to read the room made the event feel smooth and well paced. When he sang live, it completely elevated the experience and caught everyone by surprise in the best way. The candle lighting ceremony was beautifully organized and very touching.

I also noticed how organized and professional the team was behind the scenes, including capturing photos throughout the ceremony and party without ever being intrusive.

Absolutely the Best DJ Experience We’ve Ever Had

We recently used A Touch of Class DJs and Photographers for our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah, and they were outstanding from start to finish. Louis and his entire team arrived early, set up all of their equipment seamlessly, and were fully prepared well before the event began.

They did an incredible job engaging both the kids and the adults, with a perfect mix of music that kept everyone involved and entertained. Louis even sang live, which was an amazing surprise and added a very special touch. The kids absolutely loved the games, party favors, and energy the team brought to the room.

They also handled the photography for both the ceremony and the party, capturing every important moment beautifully. The candle lighting ceremony was done perfectly organized, meaningful, and exactly how we envisioned it.

About a week before the event, we went over all of the music selections together, and they were extremely helpful in planning the flow of the entire event. Their professionalism, experience, and attention to detail truly set them apart.

This was my second time using a touch of class. The first time, was for my son's bar mitzvah and this second time was for my daughter's bat mitzvah. They are reasonably priced and include everything you need to ensure everyone has a fun time at your event. I used their dj/mc, photographer, videographer, karaoke, and photo booth. They have consistent and timely communications leading up to and after the event to coordinate everything. They are high energy and get everyone up and dancing and playing the games. THE BEST EVER! They catered to both children and adults at the party. I will be hiring them again & again and have already recommended them to so many friends and family.
