Economically priced with every detail included for our daughter’s beach wedding reception at the Reef Restaurant in Saint Augustine, Florida on Saturday, November 22, 2025. The owner of A-1 Majestic Sound & Photo Booth, Jay Rock and his wife, Apple are a dynamic duo! Jay is professional, polite, punctual and detail oriented providing a complete package which included a specific playlist selected by the Bride and Groom, Jay was our Master of Ceremonies for the Polish Bread and Salt Ceremony as well as with the German Toasting Cup between the Newlyweds at the beginning of the wedding reception. We added colorful lights to surround the dance floor called “uplighting” and a Photo Booth with Apple as our photographer offering fantastic props and a customized frame for the photos selected by the Bride and Groom, so their wedding guests could take a photo home with them as a souvenir along with freshly baked cookies from the Pittsburgh Cookie Table, too! DJ Jay was the MC and DJ for my wedding reception. From the very start, he put in the effort to understand the vibe and flow of our reception through multiple phone calls. This attention to detail made a significant difference. We provided him with a dinner and dancing Spotify playlist as a starting point, but we gave him the liberty of adding his own creative touches as well. BC was BEYOND amazing! After losing our original DJ just 7 days before we were set to be married, I honestly didn’t know what to do. BC immediately reached out and put our minds at ease and took ALL the stress away by his commitment to making our day special. He personalized everything in our wedding to make the day about my husband and I . He took the time to craft an entire timeline and all the important moments we wanted for ceremony and reception. His attention to even the little details was insane from the playlist to the timeline. His passion and professionalism is incomparable. His has OUT of this world skills for what he does and such high quality in how he announces. He asked us for a playlist of 10 songs and each and every song was played, even the songs that were dedicated to us. My husband even said to me “WOW BC gave more important information in the hour and half conversation than last DJ ever did!” And he was NOT wrong! He was SO amazing to everyone who showed up, he made sure to learn everyone’s names, keep everyone involves and update on what was going to happen next. We hired A1 Majestic Sound for our son's 1st birthday celebration and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the start, communication was smooth and Jay was very responsive. His photobooth uses an actual DSLR camera. He also provided props that matched our racing theme and added a playful touch to our photos. We especially loved the option to personalize our photo strips with our son's name and event date. Extra efforts to personalize my daughter's special day and getting a feel for the crowd. He even personalized the toast for my daughter based on our conversations and treated everyone like family. We had the pleasure of having BC DJ/MC our wedding on 11/15. We met up with BC on 2 different occasions to discuss songs and timeline of the wedding. Because we didn’t have a bridal party we weren’t going to have the bouquet or garter toss but BC brought a bouquet for me which he didn’t have to do. We had our last phone call Monday before the wedding to finalize all the details for wedding day. I did ask BC to give a blessing before we ate which was beautifully said. Jay-Rock is a great DJ. He reads the room well and definitely follows a good flow for the evening. We also had the photobooth in which his wife operated. She was so sweet. We’ve been to a couple weddings with a photobooth and the photos weren’t quality enough to print in a 4x6 but all the photos captured by their photobooth were able to be reprinted as individual 4x6’s. A-1 Majestic Sound is awesome! We hired them for our wedding and the experience was perfect. Months prior to the date, we had spoken with Jay over the phone to get things set up. He was friendly and very patient when explaining how things worked. Forms were sent and we were good to go. Easy. He followed up a week before the wedding just to touch base, confirm our choices and set our minds at ease. When I was indecisive and wanted to add some songs to the playlist the night before the wedding, he was prompt and made the changes without complaint. On our wedding day they were punctual, well dressed and very friendly with all of our guests. Jay and his wife were extremely charming and charismatic. The ceremony music was well timed and at just the perfect volume. After dinner, Jay matched the energy in the room and played all of the right songs to get people moving. Many of our non-dancing aunts and uncles were seen shaking it up on the dance floor! I received so many comments about how the DJ was spot on with the playlist. We really couldn't have been happier with how everything played out. Both of us very much enjoyed speaking and working with Jay and his wife the whole way through. Our 50th Wedding Anniversary on Nov 25th was a complete success in large part to the extraordinary music and professionalism of Jay Rock and his lovely wife. EPIC is DJ BC’s buzzword, and it is exactly the experience that he delivered at my daughter’s debutante party! He went over and beyond our expectations. It started with 2 pre-event phone calls and several text messages to get to know my family, including the sequence of events, music genre preferences, and his role at the party. We felt very comfortable with him, like he is a family friend. On the day of the party, he was very professional: arrived a few hours early to set up, coordinate with the photographer and with us, and even brought some lighting that meshed well with our party theme.
