I hired 716 Limousine to provide transportation for my son and his friends for his spooky 16th birthday. We not only got transportation, but an entirely unique and memorable experience. John, our driver, was professional, knowledgeable of local attractions, and very easy to communicate with. We had the absolute best experience with Joe as our driver! We used his service all day, and I can honestly say he’s one of the greatest drivers I’ve ever had being that I use car services often. Joe was patient, kind, and incredibly informative. He blended in perfectly with our group and made the entire day smooth and enjoyable. His professionalism and warm personality really stood out. Josie from 716 limousine services is amazing. Awesome with communication & very friendly and understanding. She arrived at my house early which was appreciated and we stayed on track with timing to a T. She had a little travel gift basket with all of the necessary items if we needed them as well. She also took a wonderful photo of my bridal party and myself when we got into the limp for the very first time. 716 limousine showed up on time, got us to the Toronto Airport on time and had water and snacks for us. They were absolutely wonderful to get us to Toronto. On a return trip, there was a glitch in the baggage area. our driver waited for us without issue. He picked us up and got us all home safely, tired and happy after a long day of travel. We booked this service for transportation back to the hotel the night of our wedding. We had originally booked for 10:15 but ended up extending the party to 11 and wanted to be picked up at 11:15. The office staff was super easy to get ahold of when we need to make changes and responded promptly when asked about certain charges or fees, and they happily broke it down for us. Our driver was prompt and patient while we gathered our things and waited for my drunk husband to make it to the car. He even accepted and ate one of our late night pretzels 😂 he talked to us the whole ride and was super pleasant to ride with. I called and spoke to the manager about charges on my credit card and I was treated poorly. Our driver showed up 5 minutes late and we returned 5 minutes late and I was charged for being 25 minutes late which isn’t true. I questioned her about a few other things and she thought she hung up on me while I was talking so I started recording her talking to another employee calling me and my friends ghetto Lockport trash. I usually get a bus service 4-5 times a season and have never had an issue like this. I booked a Sprinter from 716 Limousine for the 1/12 Bills game and was quoted with a base rate of $695 plus a 20% gratuity and 4% fuel surcharge (~$867 total), but after changing my time to pick up time and discussing with them, my new charge came out to $933. 72. The extra $66 was what I had assumed was the charge with the added time, as I was told it would be “not that much”. Also, this was on my invoice before the game and up to the afternoon of 1/13 as seen below. Without being informed, they had processed an extra $190 charge labeled "Additional Charges 1” bringing the grand total to $1130.72. I did not receive any documentation of this beforehand and when I called to discuss this, I was told it was for the additional time. I was also told that "their staff was well trained", so there is no way they could have been wrong about the pricing ahead of time, and that “they were very transparent” despite not sending me updated price documentation. Out of the dozens and dozens of buses I've taken to Bills games, this was by far the least transparent, and the most expensive. Not once have I had the price change like this without advance notice and then have the company imply that I should've known. You don’t have to look far to find better, cheaper options. I have used 716 Limo a number of times now for drop off and pick up from the airport for my elderly mother. Drivers are always on time and courteous and I trust them to get her there safely and in a clean and stylish vehicle. I won’t use anyone else.

Booked 716 for a Halloween wine tour this weekend. Nicole from booking was so helpful, emailed me winery suggestions with all of the contact info needed. Then our driver Josie was amazing. Called me ahead of time to talk and make sure we had it organized. She decorated the limo and made our experience so fun. Took us for group photos and captured so many fun shots. On behalf of the Senior members of the Delavan Grider Community Center and myself, the Senior Coordinator, I would like to express my appreciation for Josie and John, who made the wine tour that everyone attended on Friday, July 19, 2024 a very memorable event. I can't express the amount of gratitude towards Josie in helping me all the details in organizing this event, such as contacting the general manager RJ at Ventosas, and connecting me with him to work out the details for the event. Josie's professionalism and great knowledge of her job are outstanding, always presenting herself to everyone with a warm welcome and concern for everyone's safety. John, who I will affectionately call Mr. Motown, who was the driver for the second limousine, not only surprised everyone with his baking skills by providing both limousines with a homemade apple cake that was absolutely delicious. Several of the Seniors have asked for the recipe, of which he is going to email me. John brought the music 🎶 and kept everyone on his limousine singing and apparently dancing. Great service from Buffalo airport to hotel in Niagara Falls, Canada and back. We opted for the SUV, which was very clean and comfortable. Both Doug and Scott are friendly and professional drivers. We used 716 Limousine LLC to transport us from Toronto airport to West Seneca. Our driver, Dominic was prompt, courteous and got us home safely, even through all the snow on 11/18!
