Yes. We can conduct initial consultations, client meetings, security-planning sessions, case updates, document reviews, and certain investigative research remotely by telephone or video conference. Reports and supporting documentation may also be delivered electronically through secure methods. Services requiring an officer, patrol, site assessment, surveillance, or other physical presence are performed in person. Contact us so we can determine the most appropriate service for your needs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We continue to follow reasonable health and safety practices based on the needs of each client and location. Team members are expected to stay home when ill, maintain good hygiene, and follow site-specific health requirements. When requested or appropriate, we can incorporate distancing, reduced-contact communication, electronic reporting, and remote meetings into the service plan. We also coordinate with clients to ensure our personnel understand and follow the health and safety procedures established for their property.
