1-FIND Services is a Johnson City, TN digital marketing agency focused on web design, local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization for small businesses in the Tri-Cities area and beyond. We’ve been doing this long enough to know that most small business websites look fine but don’t generate leads, and most SEO work produces rankings that don’t stick.

We loved Casey’s work of setting up our website with a friendly welcome, giving all the information we needed for informing the general public of who we are, posting all our messages and videos in a very convenient way for anyone to find and watch, and making it easy for people to contact us. Thank you Casey!!
What makes a great website?
A great website does three things: it loads fast, it’s easy to navigate, and it converts visitors into leads. Most people focus on how a site looks, which matters, but design without structure is just an expensive brochure.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The first thing I want to understand is what the business actually does and who the ideal customer is. Not the generic answer, but the specific one: what service makes you the most money, and who is the person most likely to buy it.
From there I ask:
∙ Do you have an existing site, and if so, what do you hate about it?
∙ How are you currently getting leads, and what’s working?
∙ What does a good month look like in terms of new customers or revenue?
∙ Who are your main local competitors, and is there one you’d say is doing it better than you right now?
∙ Do you have a Google Business Profile, and is it claimed and active?
∙ What’s your timeline and is there a specific reason for it?
The last question I always ask is what success looks like in 6 months. It’s the most important one because it tells me whether expectations are realistic, and it gives us something concrete to measure against instead of just vibes.
What do you love most about your job?
Honestly, I just like helping people. Most of the clients I work with are small business owners who are good at what they do but feel like they’re invisible online. They’re not losing to competitors because of their work quality, they’re losing because the other guy shows up on Google and they don’t.
Fixing that for someone is genuinely satisfying. When a client texts me because their phone is ringing from leads they didn’t have to chase, that’s the job working the way it’s supposed to.
I also like the problem-solving side. Every business has a different gap: wrong site structure, weak Google presence, no follow-up system, strong reputation that isn’t showing up online. Finding where the disconnect is and closing it is the part I look forward to.
But mostly it comes down to the people. Small business owners tend to care a lot about what they’ve built. Getting to play a real role in that is something I don’t take for granted.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been interested in building websites and all things Internet-related since the dial up days. This business allows me to do what I enjoy.
Why should our clients choose you?
Most agencies and freelancers you’ll find here specialize in one thing: either design or SEO or ads. That means you end up managing multiple vendors, and nobody is looking at the full picture.
What I do differently is treat your online presence as a system. Your website, your Google Business Profile, your local search rankings, and your ability to follow up with leads all have to work together. When they do, you stop paying for visibility that doesn’t convert.
I’ve been doing this long enough to know what actually moves the needle for small and local businesses, and it’s not the same playbook agencies use for big e-commerce brands. Local businesses need to rank in their market, get found on Google Maps, and turn visitors into calls. That’s a specific skill set, and it’s what I focus on.
I’m also not going to hand your project off or disappear after the build. You’ll work directly with me start to finish.
The other thing worth saying directly: I’m not the cheapest option on this platform. If budget is the only deciding factor, there’s probably someone here who will underbid me. But if you’ve already hired the cheap option and it didn’t work, that’s usually why people end up talking to me.
