Hiring Jason has been a great decision. He is affordable, never cancels, and has remained a consistent influence. I've improved my strength so much which has allowed me to just "do" my life better. I feel so much stronger. I'll be sticking with him until he quits working probably.

Jason is a great trainer. Very flexible with scheduling and always on time to the training session. I had been training a few years with another trainer but really wanted to switch gears and go from interval training to heavy weight lifting. I saw significant muscle gain and strength gain training with Jason. He was incredibly helpful with suggesting a good diet to go along with that kind of training also.

He was my trainer for about 2 years. It was great it started off easy and as I got healthier it got harder but it was worth it. He is great to work with and understands how to advance you as you get fit. I lost around 70lbs while working with him and not even eating right. He was wonderful to work with and I always felt great afterwards

Jason has been great to work out with. He has been flexible and travels with everything you need. Pushes me just hard enough without making me feel weak. At one point in my life I was extremely fit, but 2 kids and several years without the gym took its toll. Jason was great at taking it slow and not causing me to be discouraged from getting back into the grind.

I went from a hiker to a wheel chair in a year due to a medication being removed. My goal is to walk again!Trammell works with me in my therapy pool for maximum range of motion and adds in his weights as needed. He is on time and works with my calendar.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I do it by figuring out what exercises work for them and what their functional capacity is and come up with a diet plan or a weight training plan with workouts that are safe and effective for max results.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Take the right supplements that work for you, workout 3-4 times a week working all the muscles and eating very clean most of the time.

What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy helping people reach their goals, especially if they stick with it, it takes time its not a quick fix! I am quite a character so yes be prepared to get a great workout and a good laugh, great sense of humor. Of course I meet a lot of really neat and interesting people as well.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I thought it would be exciting to have a personal training business so I went for it and its been an interesting ride!

Why should our clients choose you?

Why should you choose me? I am most likely the most well rounded trainer out here and I can adapt to so many personalities where other trainers cant. I have trained people in wheelchairs, in their pool, trained all kinds of athletes, a client with cerebral Palsy, I have great logic like a counselor, I communicate well, I am very persistent and punctual!
