It's unfortunate we have to enlist Sean's office's assistance again for family law, but it gives me great relief knowing we have Sean's office back on my husband's side. Sean is very good at what he does and makes sure to not waste his client's nor the court's time with ongoing nonsense. He sets up a call to talk over your expectations, his expectations (which has ALWAYS included more items we would have missed without him), and then gets to work.He is well aware of each side's feelings and knows exactly when to put on the pressure and when to pull off the accelerator. I cannot recommend Sean and Diane enough. We retained their services in January 2019. I never met an attorney in my life who tried so hard to save us money. My husband and I had been abused by a neighbor for 16 years, the worse of it in the last 4 years. I was an emotional wreck and had been suffering from chronic hives for the last 4 of those years. Diane Yapundich was and will always be my herione/hero. I could not have done it without her. From the day I had this neighbor served and obtained Diane to help us, my hives disappeared permanently. The entire expierence with Sean was excellent. From Google to an emailed free consultation appointment confirmation. I called at the scheduled time and he was there ready to listen and help. Attentive and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him. Efficient and I didn't feel rushed. I felt comfortable and that I had the floor to speak without being rushed( which is important to me). I would first like to say, five stars is not enough for Sean and his team. Sean and his team (specifically Darci) did an amazing job with our difficult step-parent adoption case. They were always professional and kept us well informed throughout the process. Their retainer seemed a bit much at first, however, we never felt like they were just in it for the money (which says a lot about a law office). The whole process from custody, termination of parental rights to the adoption took less than a year with the help of Sean and his team. Sean, you have created a wonderful practice and team.
