My husband and I have been working out with Roger for the past three years. He helped me to get back in shape after the childbirth. In fact, I think I’ve never been in such a good shape before. Thanks to Roger my husband was able to build muscle in his back to help him with his double scoliosis. He has no pain in the back now and feels much stronger overall. We are so happy we've found this professional trainer who really cares about his clients and wants them to succeed in their goals. We can't recommend enough for everyone to give it a try. Highly recommend Roger and Incinerate for anyone considering quality personal training. Before I started with him 3 years ago, I was stuck in a significant plateau. I had bounced around from multiple trainers, never really seeing any results or changes. Once I decided that I was really committed to working toward my best self, I found him online and the reviews spoke for themselves. He was very prompt in responding, addressing my many concerns with previous injuries and making me feel at peace. When I arrived for my first session, I could immediately tell how much he cares about my well-being. The first workout kicked my butt, and I could immediately tell what a knowledgeable and high-quality trainer he was. From nutrition to avoiding injuries, he catered everything to my own, specific goals. I wish I could have taken back all the money I wasted on half-ass coaches and fast fix products and used it towards working out with him sooner. Three years later I’m still training with him and never been more pleased. He’s now training me in boxing, has taught me self defense, and has helped me rehabilitate though 3 separate severe injuries I thought would torture me forever. I've had a number of personal trainers in the past, but none of them gave me the close to the results that Roger has. I put off getting into shape for a long time, because I was intimidated. After working with Roger, I wish I hadn't waited so long. The results have amazed me. Roger tailors everything to your needs and goals. He pushes you and does not let you make excuses. (Have you ever tried whining to a Marine? C'mon.) But at the same time, he never makes you feel bad about your skill level, no matter how inexperienced you are. The gym itself is also great -- private, well equipped, and conveniently located. Roger is the best trainer I know. He taught me how to exercise the right way and how to eat the right way. He developed a meal plan with food I love to eat! I've started working out with Roger 6 months ago. I mostly got into it to try to get him help me with an ongoing pain in my left hip, which I've had for about 1 year now. Roger is very professional, yet fun to train with. He has a strong knowledge of anatomy, muscles, nutrition, and all the workout routines magic. He mixes all sorts of different exercises, making it fun and interesting. He knows his stuff. 6 months into it, I am leaner, stronger, and most importantly - feeling much better. Roger did much more to help with my hip pain than my doctors did. Roger engages with you, and he makes sure that you stay on the top of your set workout routine. You will hear from him is you start flaking out/dodging your workout schedule - exactly what you want your personal trainer.Roger is the best personal trainer in town in my book.And really a great all around guy. I've never really worked out or trained before. So I went with Rodger based on his credentials and experience. I've been training with him for about 4 months now and I look and feel stronger than I have ever been. Rodgers plans work if your willing to show up everyday and follow his nutrition plan. Amazing and intense workouts, great variety, and fast results. He caters specifically to your goals and is very knowledgable with lots of experience. I've never had a trainer care so much about healing specific injuries rather than just avoiding the areas completely. Roger is an excellent trainer.  He is hired by my employer to conduct lunch hour workouts for us office folk who are stuck at desks all day.  With minimal equipment and mostly body weight exercises, he creates very engaging workouts which are varied enough to not be boring. I particularly think his knowledge of all types of areas of health and fitness from diet recommendations, understanding of injury history, recovery methods, massage and stretching, etc. is what sets him apart from other trainers. I came to roger with high hopes and a goal in mind, but a lot of back and knee pain. We started off with an evaluation to see my strengths and weakness where we found that my posture was the root of a many of my problems. That was the first thing we fixed and I'm happy to say I no longer have posture related pain.Before roger I was no stranger to the gym but I never developed the size or strength I wanted. i first start with an assessment which typically lasts about 40 minutes, ill look at the body and the imbalances and posture to se what needs to be worked on.. At the same time we will discuss the clients goals and previous injuries medications and anything that could prevent any further injury or advancement into a proper training regiment and diet.
