Our company hired Maria to take some updated photos of Seasons at Sandpoint for our rental program. This required a lot of communication and coordination as to when each unit would be open and available for photography. Maria was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process and came on-site multiple times in order to get all of the necessary shoots done. The final product was absolutely breathtaking and has greatly helped us increase our rental reservations. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Composition, lighting, knowledge of the equipment and an amazing eye to see the reflected light on my subjects and the necessary framing of every subject and situation.

What needs to be accomplished, what are the expectations, time frame, use, style, and the final product

First I love people, happiness and even tears when I deliver my finals.
