What do you love most about your job?
I love the up close and personal nature of the coaching relationship. A good coaching client demonstrates their commitment to "show up, clean up, grow up, and wake up." That means their life changes and they move closer to their vision. The process reflects my personal vision and is highly satisfying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Moving from teaching Metaphysics in Colorado to California to pursue a graduate degree and licensing as a psychotherapist, I had my own clinical practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist for 24 years. I also provided short term problem services to Federal Agency employees. Along the way, I trained to add coaching as a service.
