I was introduced to Samantha by a good friend months ago and it's the best thing to happen to me in 2023. I met with Sam at my own home, showed her what equipment I had available and we have been working out since. I am overweight and have health issues, and she has so much knowledge, I always feel safe working out with her. If something doesn't feel right, she can pivot immediately and give me a different exercise that can work the same muscles but with no discomfort. She is working in conjunction with my obesity doctor and for the first time, I am seeing great changes in my health journey.

I have lost over 65lbs and I am feeling GREAT!!! I can walk up/down stairs without gasping for breath, every week I am stronger from the week before. The fact that she comes to my home, keeps me on track. I have no excuse to miss a training session.

Samantha has extensive knowledge of nutrition and helps keep me on track, she is a great accountability coach. Always available to me, never takes long to text back, and keeps me encouraged. I am so happy I found her. I still have a long way to go, but I KNOW I got it with the help of Samantha.

I had such a great experience with Samantha as my trainer. I have always worked out either at 24hr fitness, Orangetheory, running outside, weight training in my complex’s gym, etc…but I was not seeing results like I wanted. I needed something different and found Samantha online. Samantha listened to what my goals were and adapted our sessions to meet those goals. She incorporated a lot of stretching before, after, and during our sessions, which I loved. She corrected my form and positioning with each movement and tried to get me to focus on my body awareness. The first several months that I trained with Samantha I kept a food journal and showed it to her weekly. She made suggestions about substituting different foods and adding more protein or healthy fats when I could. I think with the accountability that it was giving me and the workouts we did, together they made a bigger difference than trying to do it all on my own like I had in the past.
Samantha had flexible scheduling and she came to me for the workouts, which made it easy to fit in with my busy schedule.

Sam has been the greatest trainer I’ve worked with to date. Her knowledge of body mechanics, physiology, nutrition and overall health is second to none! I couldn’t ask for a better coach in trying to achieve my goals, even if it was just sneaking in a quick workout, knowing when I needed to just stretch and helping me always achieve more that I thought I could do. I also really appreciated her understanding of my very hectic schedule. She was always able to accommodate last minute changes and offered numerous options on location or even virtual workouts. Personal Trainers

I am 69 years old and before my retirement I did not work out very much and sat at my desk all the time and I’m now paying the price for it. Samantha is helping me with my mobility, she helps me stretch so my body is not stiff all the time while at the same time I’m getting some tone in my muscles. She knows what she is doing, I feel very comfortable with her; she understands my limitations as she pushes my body little by little during our sessions. Samantha is the real deal, the trainer I needed to help me make changes. As an obese woman who had just turned 50, I needed “this time” to be different. I wanted to feel better, to fit in an airplane seat, to walk up a flight of stairs without being short of breath. I had had enough and I also knew that I would need an accountability partner, and a friend told me to call Samantha. Sam started by listening and I didn’t feel judged. She met me where I was and she was “all in” with me. Sam has an amazing ability to be present in every workout and every conversation. She is fully tuned in to my breathing, my form, what I can do, when I can push farther, and even when my body is tired. Sam’s passion for health and fitness comes through in her enthusiasm and support for my progress and achievements. She is kind, firm, and forthright. She walks the talk and has taught me how to listen to my body and how to tackle my health holistically (sleep, water, nutrition, activity, stress). No matter where I am or what I’m doing, Sam makes training accessible because she comes to me. And when I’m traveling for work, we train via Skype or she sends me a workout that I can do at the hotel – no excuses. Sam willingly shares her expertise and ideas to help me; it's always a conversation. Her broad knowledge allows us to tailor anything for what my body can do or what it needs. Personal Trainers

About a month ago I started working with Samantha as my trainer.  Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive, but as I get to know Samantha I know she is the perfect trainer for me.

Over this short period of time, my aches and pains have diminished and my flexibly and strength have notably improved.

The knowledge she imparts about the body and muscles are most helpful and I like how she explains the purpose of each movement and the  importance of proper form.

I truly appreciate how she checks in with me often, to ensure that I am feeling OK after a session.   Because of this, I never worry about injury with Samantha.

Samantha has given me the confidence that I need to continue this program and to push myself.  I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I will continue to get increased results with each session and ultimately reach my goals.

Samantha is very professional and motivating. She started me off easy and was very considerate of my current fitness level - also while pushing me to work harder. Her space is very welcoming & clean. There are so many great things to say about Sam. Aside from her extensive knowledge of fitness and guiding her clients, she is truly a wonderful person. From the beginning, I felt that she genuinely cared about what I wanted rather than pushing her own agenda. Our sessions were always an outlet for me to relieve the stresses of the day, while taking care of my health through fitness. Sam tailors the workout sessions to meet your individual fitness needs and goals. She always checks in to see how my body is feeling after our sessions and reminds me to rest when needed. Samantha is the most amazing trainer I have worked with. I am a 42 year old stay at home mother of 2 kiddos, 7 and 4. I have always been an athlete and have loved working out, but for the past couple years I felt like I was in a rut with my training. My husband and I created our own home gym with dumbbells, bands, an elliptical, and a spin bike, but I found myself doing the same workouts and not gaining the results I wanted and became bored with my workouts. That's when I called Samantha. She and I began training in November 2020, and continued until April 2021. She was exactly what I needed!She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and educated about human anatomy, diet, form, and she has a gift of teaching you to connect with mind and body....something I have struggled with. I have always loved fast-paced workouts and I love to push myself. Samantha taught me how to slow my workouts down and REALLY focus on my form and slowing down my lifting workouts. Samantha and I would meet on average 2 times a week, and every time we met she would teach me new strategies and techniques to work different muscle groups. She would never cease to amaze me! I have always worked hard in my workouts, and I still do, but Samantha taught me HOW to work smarter and how to truly listen to my body. I am listening to my body more, concentrating on my breathing, and most importantly, form, form, form!Being a stay at home mom, my workouts are one of the only times during my day that I have for me, and I can honestly say, Samantha has been the best gift my husband has given me! She will come to your home, which is SO convenient and allows you to learn how to train with the equipment you have. She is extremely present with you and listens to what you need and want.Samantha will meet you where you are in your training, and take you where you want to be with your workouts. I am so happy with where I am in my workouts and my relationship with my body and diet. Samantha taught me I can be so strong and push myself, yet she also taught me to be accepting of where I am some days and to let go and truly listen to my body. Samantha is the best!I was referred to Samantha by my cousin and his wife after I decided that I wanted to take fitness more seriously.  I wasn't looking to lose weight, just becoming stronger and toned.  Lifting weights and even doing squats has always intimidated me because I had never learned proper form.  Sam is great at explaining, demonstrating and correcting.  I love it!  I feel great - you will too!  Give her a try!Oh, bonus - she's super flexible in timing and will travel to you!  We work out in a park near my house, with the ocean as our backdrop! You must be consistent with your day-to-day efforts. Improve accountability and consistency. Allow your daily efforts to accumulate over time.

*Define your goal
*Have a realistic time frame
