Whether it’s weight loss, improved strength, improved cardiovascular health and endurance, training for an event, or returning to function following surgery, specific goals have specific programming requirements. My job is to determine the right type of program to achieve your goals.
I like to use functional movements and exercises to not only achieve your specific goals, but to improve your function and daily life.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Hard and smart work. Period. Your goals and your path need to be considered in all that you do. You must be diligent about both the amount and the type of calories you consume as well as the frequency, duration, and type of exercise you do. This requires a SUSTAINABLE CHANGE IN LIFESTYLE. Not a crash diet or workout regimen that you can’t possibly continue beyond your in-person training. It’s my job to give that to you.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing people succeed! I love working with people and I love seeing them make lasting changes in their lives.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After working in physical therapy at the VA for four years I became wary of the fact that after discharge from PT for injuries, surgeries, etc. there was a humongous gap between therapy services and the average personal training services. I decided I wanted to help bridge that gap and help people return to their normal function whether it was simply being able to navigate the grocery store or compete as a professional athlete.
