Personal Trainers

Did a whole year with Gerald and I have no regrets. He pushed me from the start and told me when I was slacking. I told him I wanted to loose weight and gain muscle, and he made a workout plan tailored to me. I lost more than 20lb and have become more confident. The workouts he made me do have definitely helped out in my job which was something I asked for. He made the whole experience great and I enjoy working out now. Connecting with Gerald was one of the best things that could’ve happened to me. Suffering from a spine injury combined with the work-from-home lifestyle these last few years took its toll on my whole body. I became sad that I could never be active again, that lead to eating the wrong things and worrying about doing the wrong thing for my body. Gerald took the time to understand what I was going thru and came up with physical activities/exercises that helped rehabbed my back and provided the knowledge I needed to continue that work. Depending on what your goals are, we would start with the foundation. A strong foundation for your body will support our workouts as we progress with heavier weights or higher reps. We would create a powerful program paired with a nutrition plan that can ultimately support you in making sure we get results quickly and efficiently!

The secret is consistency. You may hear this all the time, but Mr. Olympia didn't start looking big, He started with small weights. The fact he just started and became consistent about his nutrition plans and workout program. I will work with you one day at a time. One rep at a time!

I love the fact that I see my clients become much more confident about themselves. I have been with multiple clients who find the love of their life and start a beautiful family.

The best part is the fact that I am literally saving so many lives through healthier living. I get to know that I am helping mothers, fathers, brothers, sister, family members, friends add YEARS to their lives and get off medication.

My family has gone through so many health issues and I believe that I can pave a new way for my little cousins and the people around me. The pain that I felt knowing that some people are not willing to work out even for 30minutes to an hour a day can significantly reduce the chances of getting health issues. I started working on my health and became obsessed with my work! Bodybuilding has been a massive part of my life so I started educating myself and investing in the right resources to help me help others around me.

I am committed to creating the best experience for my clients. The services and resources I provide can accelerate the results that my clients are looking for. I have partnered with multiple health professionals that can support all areas of health!

I currently provide Online training and Virtual training for my clients! Online training through an app that provides on-demand videos that I personally input for them to optimize their goals.

Virtual training is just as effective as in-person training, the only difference is we don't train in person! You would just need a few weights, a yoga mat, and water!

Wearing masks and wiping after sets. We do whatever it takes to make sure that our clients feel comfortable in every way.

Services

We help our clients go through 4 different phases of training to maximize stability, mobility, and strength. We will also create a way to make sure that we go about it effectively and efficiently.

We provide a training program and meal plan so we can go about your weight loss goals in a healthy but fast and efficient way.

HIIT is the fastest and most effective training type that supports the body's metabolism and strength!

Lower back issues? Pains in the knees?

We help you manage the pain through light exercises that support what your body needs to reduce the pain and still get results.

We also have resources such as a chiropractors that can support with other issues that you may be feeling that is much more in depth than strengthening muscles and joints!
