I love training with Gabe, even on days I have zero desire to work my crotchety, mid-aged body. Gabe is always so stink’n pleasant. It’s like, how is anyone this nice! I subconsciously thought he was Canadian for a while, though he’s not. I’ve been working out on and off for over 20 years but still find Gabe to be very knowledgeable. He’s designed superb training regiments, tailored to my needs and goals. Gabe is great listener. I’ve noticed that he incorporates specific exercises into my routines to help fix some of the issues/imbalances I’m working through. He’s also been a really great resource / accountability partner, which helps me outside of the gym too. I‘d 100% recommend Gabe to anyone looking for a personal trainer. More...

Gabe is an awesome trainer! He builds up the workout according my goals and pays attention to my needs / ability. I haven't imagined two months ago when we started the workout that I'll be able to do what we're doing now. I love that he is pushing my limits and encouraging me that I'm able to do it. My first experience lifting was with Gabe, and I could not have asked for a better introduction. He came up with several detailed plans for me to choose from to suit my specific goals and schedule. He gave me thoughtful advice on everything I asked about that would affect my training goals, from nutrition to number of sets and even sleep.

Furthermore, Gabe is one of the most encouraging and inspiring people I have met, period. He is not just well-versed on the technical details of physical training, he is a gifted coach. It's easy to forget how important this is, especially when you are glancing through different businesses and don't really know the trainers you're considering. But a training plan is only valuable insofar as you engage with it, and Gabe has the passion and care to keep you moving toward your goals.

I cannot recommend Gabe enough as a physical trainer. He is deeply knowledgable, inspiring, sensitive to his trainees needs, and an all-around fantastic guy. I haven't checked out any other trainers, but I have no desire to after my experience with Gabe. Whether you're trying to lose a little weight, build strength, or get into the best shape of your life--Gabe is your man. Take it from someone who has spent many months under Gabe's guidance and swoop him up while you can.

It's been over 6 months that I've been training consistently with Gabe. In that time, my fitness has improved incredibly. I no longer reach plateaus and I can honestly admit that at 41 years old, I'm the strongest I've ever been. Working out with Gabe is truly a tailor made experience. He customizes your workouts to achieve your goals, and balances a bit of physical therapy to help correct any nagging issues and he always makes it a fun experience. Gabe is an AMAZING trainer!! He’s patient and very knowledgeable, but will push you to ensure you meet your goals. If you have a special circumstance to be considered Gabe is your guy! Unfortunately, I got my leg amputated a year ago and got pretty heavy with no idea how to get my physique back together. With the motivation he provided, along with catered workout routines for my situation I have been able to lose most of the weight, gain a solid amount of muscle, and really feel the confidence of my old self again all thanks to this man! If you have any goal in mind- Gabe will absolutely help you reach it; he is in the top of my book and I can pretty much guarantee he’ll be in yours too if you give him the opportunity. Gabe is a personal and professional trainer that really listens to his clients. I explained my main objective was to tighten up my form to prevent injury. He watched me and corrected my form every exercise. Although I tend to avoid male trainers due to issues in the past, Gabe was respectful and professional. I’ve known Gabe for years now and have played many sports with him… he’s an extremely talented and intelligent athlete.

When getting back into weight training, I asked him if he could fit me in his schedule and made me an excellent entry level lifting program.

I just recently pushed 100lb dumbbell’s on bench press thanks to his motivation!

I would highly recommend Gabe for any level!

We will have a complementary initial assessment. Here I will tailor a program for you that takes into account your goals, exercise history, vocation, and what you find enjoyable!
Every Client I work with gets:
-1 on 1 personal training
-Personalized Exercise Programming
-Accountability Checkins
-Monthly Progress Checkins (Bodyfat %, Measurements, Weight)
-Postural Assessment and Correctional Programming
-Progress Analysis
-Manual Stretching (Optional)

Training Styles Utilized Include:
-Hypertrophy Training
-Periodized Strength Training
-Correctional Exercise
-Functional Circuit Training

There are no secrets! The answers are easy (Consistent resistance training, eating at a caloric level conducive to your goals, etc...). The how is the more challenging part. Every person will have different styles of training that they will enjoy more than others.
Achieving your goals and maintaining the results for the long term requires finding ways of eating and training that you can consistently follow for the long term. Anyone can work out every day for a month, but the key to success is working out an amount that you manage realistically with your lifestyle for years. Working out for 2- 3x a week produces incredible results if the client can stay consistent in the long run.

I love that I am able to make positive and lasting impacts on other people's lives while doing what I love most! I get to connect with so many amazing people throughout this process while sharing my love for fitness with them.

I knew that I wanted to own my own fitness business since early in high- school. Once I graduated from college, I gained experience in various settings (Commercial Gym, group fitness company, physical therapy clinic) before venturing out on my own as a self- employed trainer.

Multiple reasons!
First I am a highly credentialed trainer with experience in various settings including 1 on 1 training, out patient rehab, and group fitness coaching.
I have transformed countless client's bodies and minds (Including my own) by teaching them healthy habits that stick through fun and exciting workouts for each clients specific needs and goals.
Lastly training others is truly my greatest passion. I truly feel grateful that I get to work with so many amazing people, each with their own unique goals and challenges. I am invested in every one of my clients well being and success.

The vast majority of my training is done in person, however I do maintain a limited number of online clients. Online training is done through my app. Here your workouts are designed with video demos, and exact parameters on what exercises to do, number of reps, weight, etc. In addition there a bi- weekly coaching checkins and accountability checkins throughout the week.

- Temperature Check upon entering the facility
- Disinfect all equipment before and after use
- I am fully vaccinated and don't mind wearing a mask if you feel more comfortable by doing so.
