Where do I even begin?! Before I met Ben I was really struggling. Well, I didn’t know I was struggling because I thought I knew what I was doing. I worked out at least 5-6 days each week, mostly cardio, and tried eating around 900-1300 calories per day. I thought this was what my body needed: more exercise and less food, right?! I had it all wrong. Ben has taught me how to properly nourish my body so my metabolism can function properly. His program has changed my body but more importantly has changed the way I view wellness. I have known Ben for about 12 years. He was my personal trainer for 4 years. I have watched him grow in the fitness industry over these 12 years. He has educated himself and has become a specialist in his industry. I asked for help, again, with my nutrition needs to help with my A1C and cholesterol. He started me on a program of daily goals of nutrition and exercise. I lost 6 pounds in about 4 weeks. My clothes are loose around my middle, which is where I needed to see results to help with my labs. He knows how to help a person reach the goal they are after. He is always answers questions and encourages me to ask at anytime. He checks in with me once a week after reviewing my weekly chart. He gives me tips on how to improve and best of all he acknowledges the successes. He is very encouraging and always positive! I stared working with Ben to add strength training to my life. I remember him saying “you’ll never regret getting stronger. ” I agreed, but didn’t understand what it would mean to be physically strong. Fast forward eight months later and I for the first time in my life feel strong, and am strong. My personalized workouts started me off at a place where I could do it and have progressed each month to become stronger and stronger. I amaze myself with what I can do that I never thought I could. My only regret is not getting started working with Ben sooner.

Working with Ben I can say he isn’t about getting a quick fix to feel better. He teaches you skills that will change your life. His approach makes adapting a healthy lifestyle sustainable. I recently completed a 6-month journey with Ben at Positively Fit Within, and to say it was transformative would be an understatement. When I started, I was hopeful but unsure of what to expect. Majority of my clientele prefer this because we make the program integrate into their lives rather than you have having to force it.

In addition, we will focus on improving your eating habits and relationship with food. I do offer simple and delicious meal plans/recipes based on your goals and preferences.

Optimized workouts based on your goals, abilities, lifestyle, and stress levels. Your training protocol can be completed in a gym or home setting with a seamless expereince using my custom app that includes step-by-step video instructions and descriptions for each exercise.

Learn the tools to sustain your results. The areas that we will focus on together are sleep, stress management, time management, and creating a positive and productive mindset.

1:1 weekly check-ins, daily texting with me, momentum calls, monthly group support calls, daily motivation and education so that you are learning and staying motivated throughout your journey.
