I’ve been with Jeury for almost 5 months now. It’s been a very fun journey of learning how to weightlift and eat well in order to grow muscle and lose weight.
He’s very personable and fun to work with! I enjoy our one-on-one trainings and our group trainings. Our sessions are always something I look forward to and I definitely think I have the best trainer!
I’ve lost 6% body fat and have gained visible muscle and have adjusted my diet a few times with his help and guidance. I highly recommend Jeury for anybody that is looking to get into shape in 2023!

Consistency. You can have the best program on earth, but if you're not consistent you will never reach your goals.

Helping people achieve something they never thought they could achieve. Giving people confidence and the knowledge to stay in shape for the rest of their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fitness changed my life from being insecure, depressed, and anxious to becoming a person I never thought I could be. And I want to give others those same feelings.

I love to learn and I want my client to receive the best service possible. I am constantly researching and studying new articles to ensure I am up to date with the latest in science and fitness.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I offer a service in which I can write your programs and check in on a weekly bases to ensure we are getting closer to your goals. Even though I offer this program, keep in mind if you are at a beginner or intermediate level I do not recommend this because it requires a strong foundation and knowledge on how to perform the exercises correctly as well as a strong mindset which can be hard to develop if you're not in the habit of working out consistently. (I offer other plans that will work for you)
