Healthy Teams attract/retain top talent, have higher productivity, superior safety, lower risk exposure and better customer satisfaction. Organizational health is EVERYTHING. The foundation for team health is built on HR practices that dynamically address the three key areas of Employee Satisfaction: Management, Culture, and Compensation. As leaders, we sometimes forget that in order to address each of these key areas in an effective way, we MUST address them from the perspective of OUR team. I have a family business background. Growing up, my father, grandfather, and one of my uncles owned and managed small businesses together. In my executive / management career I've worked in businesses with 5-100 Team members - across nearly every industry.
No matter what industry, my "job" in the businesses I've owned and managed was about improving performance - plain and simple. Over the years I found ways to improve performance (and of course business equity value!) through improving the organizational health of the Team.
When I realized that I had developed fully repeatable systems for these things, I wanted to share it with more people and so I started consulting others on how to use the methods!
It's always tough for me to answer this one. I have a hard time talking myself up. So let's just leave it with these short points:

- I have owned and managed in multiple industries and can speak the language of all.

My services are deliverable both online/remotely AND on-site if desired. We can discuss which options best fit when we speak.
Every service I provide can be delivered remotely so when COVID-19 entered the picture, I was able to immediately enter a "safe space" for the clients. On-site work is slowly coming back into the picture but with social distancing and masks a requirement indefinitely.
