Hi! My name is David Kraft.
I'm a Management, HR, Leadership and Employee Engagement specialist with over 20 years experience strategically improving organizational performance in businesses with 5-100 employees. I am the creator of the Connective Workplace Certification an HR biased management training certification aimed at improving communication. The Connective Workplace Certification touches all three of the "DEI" components (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and creates a simple, effective, and 3rd party accountable process for organizational improvement and health.
I'm also the founder and lead consultant of Vision Consulting Group - a business consulting firm headquartered in Sarasota, Florida that serves small-mid-sized businesses. My expertise is in improving business performance through improvements in organizational health.
SPECIFICALLY, I help improve performance through coaching, consultation, training, and hands-on implementation of HR and Management tools and processes designed to improve organizational HEALTH.
So, here's the deal with the relationship between "HR" / Organizational Health and performance...
Healthy Teams outperform unhealthy ones - this is just a fact. Healthy Teams attract/retain top talent, have higher productivity, superior safety, lower risk exposure and better customer satisfaction. Organizational health is EVERYTHING.
The foundation for team health is built on HR practices that dynamically address the three key areas of Employee Satisfaction: Management, Culture, and Compensation.
As leaders, we sometimes forget that in order to address each of these key areas in an effective way, we MUST address them from the perspective of OUR team.
There are formulas for some things, but there's no magic formula for addressing those key areas without input from the group because every business and team is different. In other words, YOUR Team will need to be the ones providing the inputs for YOUR blueprint. This is absolutely vital if you want to improve anything in a way that LASTS!
That's what I do! I help you create the feedback loops (or in many cases I gather the feedback!), I help you analyse what the data is telling you, then I'll help to build Management processes, Compensation packages, and Culture Strategies/Tactics to get everything aligned for superior performance!
