As a “pandemic puppy” he did not receive puppy class training as our previous puppies had. I was at my wits’ end as to how to handle our way too barky dog. Damien taught us good techniques for teaching him to be calmer. We will continue to use these techniques and work (play) with Rusty, and he is so much better already. Our five week, one day a week, session wasn’t cheap, but I consider it money very well spent for the improvement in Rusty’s behavior and the lessening of my anxiety and the much more positive feelings I have about him. Today was my 5th of 10 training sessions with Huffman K9. I waited a bit to leave a review to determine if it really was this 'amazing training/place' that everyone made them out to be. I'm telling you right now; this place IS WORTH my hour long drive EACH WAY (with all 7 kids in tow). We've learned SO. MUCH. MORE. than one could ever learn in a book, online or a normal group training session. Nothing can compare to the specialized training techniques used or taught by Huffman K9. An hour is well spent & goes far when being instructed & helped by a Huffman K9 trainer. After each training session, we ALWAYS go home fired up to work on teaching our dog the new teachings taught in that session. The trainers are TOP NOTCH, knowledgeable & the one on one training received is worth EVERY. SINGLE. DOLLAR.
