We can do Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Parties, business Luncheons, Funerals, School/church Functions and so much more. Capable to do company cookouts for up to 4000 people along for weddings also that is looking for something different, we offer many different menus for you to choose. It is your wedding and we are here to help make it special for you. There is 2 types of brochures we have, our wedding and the basic, although you can create any menu items from either one or from something you would like. we offer so much more then what can be seen on the brochures. What’s your signature dish?

Our Signature dishes is the Twiced Baked Potato Casserole , Slow Roasted Roast Beef, Herb Garlic Chicken Breast with Creamy Wine Sauce, Baby Roasted Potatoes for our Weddings and Dinners. Lunches is our Enchiladas, Hand Breaded Pork Loin or Chicken Breast Sandwich, sides dishes of Thick Sauce Baked Beans, Country Egg Potato Salad. Homemade Chili, Chicken Noodle, Broccoli Cheese Vegetable Beef Soups.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

We sit down with our customers and talk about what they are looking for, what their tastes are. Go over all of the options we have and what they have to create the meal they want for them and for their guests.

What do you love most about your job?

Besides seeing the joy in our customers after enjoying their meal, but the biggest joy is when we have the bride and groom come up to us later in the night and tell us how much they loved the food as we can see it in their eyes. When that happens, we know that we did a service and an honored of being involved at their wedding day.

What inspired you to start your own business?

i have over 40 years in the food service industry along with my partner the chef who has about 20 years. We were working together when we felt it was time for us to open up our own catering company, knowing that we could step it up to a better dinner with service then the company we were with. So 10 years ago, we put a plan together and open up Pleasure Your Palate Catering and not look back. Like all new business, the early months with the state of the economy it was a struggle at times, but we had customers that new about us from previous places that has follow us.
