Save the Date provided dinner for my high school reunion. Cathy was fantastic and patient to work with my millions of emails to set everything up and choose a menu, and Kate did a fantastic job executing the set up and dinner during the event. Save the Date catered my daughter's wedding on January 5, 2019. Cathy and Kate were outstanding! From the first time I spoke to Cathy she put me totally at ease about the whole process. She had great suggestions and was so accommodating and patient throughout the many phone conversations and emails. They met us at the venue several days prior to the wedding reception and were so professional and helpful in figuring out the set-up and working out details with the venue. Meeting them in person completely calmed our nerves about a reception for just under 400 people! The event went even better than we could have hoped and we had many comments about the wonderful meal. At the end of the evening, Cathy, Kate and their awesome staff had everything packed up for us and were there right up til the end. They handled everything so beautifully. Rave review for Save the Date Catering! This company catered my wedding reception on September 8th of this year, and I truly could not be happier with the outcome! Throughout the whole catering planning process, Brenda and her team made it very easy to figure out the best plan for us, and to ultimately have great food at our reception. I also truly value how Brenda went above and beyond for me personally, checking in with me not just about the catering plan, but how I as the future bride was doing...to have someone be supportive was great! Brenda also really respected where our budget was, and made fabulous suggestions! I will gladly recommended Save the Date to anyone seeking an event caterer!Note: my wedding reception was in Nebraska City, NE and Save the Date was more than willing to travel and did not add surprise "travel fees" as a few other event caterers we looked into. Not only was Brenda professional, flexible, and prompt throughout the entire wedding planning process, she was fun to work with! Her depth of knowledge about event planning and experience with weddings assured us that we would have everything taken care of. She went to extra lengths to make sure we got exactly what we wanted on our wedding day. The day of, Brenda and her staff were professional and efficient, and of course the food and desserts were delicious!! She even went out of her way to make sure my husband and I got plates of food and drinks, and took care of some odds and ends for us during the meal so we had a chance to eat. I worked with Brenda to create a sweet potato/ baked potato bar for my wedding. She was suuuuppper accommodating: added all the toppers we could come up with, allowed us to bring in some of our own food, and her staff even hand cut the potatoes for each guest. Absolutely wonderful.

Zero complaints about Save the Date! They can do pretty much anything you dream up and are super flexible. The prime rib was recommended to us and all our guests raved over it!
