I love to experience others learn and grow. The work I do makes a difference both in the lives and careers of my clients but also in those they work with and lead.

I am a continuous learner and have devoted most of my adult life to helping others learn, grow and become the best they can be. After many years of running businesses, leading within large organizations and teaching in University Graduate Psychology and Organizational development programs I wanted to focus my efforts on helping to develop leaders and teams.

I am always well intended, authentic, demonstrate a high level of integrity, am trustworthy, and focused on my client’s growth and success. My extensive knowledge and experience with many business sectors allows me to offer multiple perspectives on any particular issue or circumstance. I am told by clients, I am “a quick study”, in identifying the root or key elements of complex issues or situations. I like people and am told I am very easy to talk to.

My services are provided telephonically and on platforms like Zoom and Skype.

I am double vaccinated and uphold to the CDC and local guidelines for social distancing and mask wearing.
I have a National footprint and do not usually met my client's in person.

I believe successful coaching is about a willingness to explore every avenue, to apply proven business processes and acumen to develop solutions that fit with both the organization’s culture and the leader’s personality and work style, while fostering commitment and instilling confidence.
Whether it’s a coaching engagement to help leaders update competencies for a changing business environment or promotion or reenergizing a leader during a career low point, I am committed to helping leaders be authentic and make a difference.

The overarching goal of an Executive engagement is to develop a partnership that empowers leaders to identify, develop and enhance critical leadership competencies that cultivate a work environment to deliver exceptional performance and a high level of customer/employee satisfaction.
My “sweet spot” is working with leaders and their teams to grow executive presence, political savvy, strategic thinking and sponsorship competencies to improve alignment with key corporate initiatives up-down-across an organization.
