Brook did an amazing job designing my living room. I have a basic/classic style, which I still wanted, but this time I thought I should add a little more creativity to my new home (I tend to stay with basic patterns and everything has to be symmetrical!). After discussing my vision and thoughts she came up with the perfect design that stayed true to my personality, but offered a little more excitement. Everyone that comes over compliments my place and I give all the credit to BB Designs & Remodeling, LLC.

We were referred to Margaret Carter Interiors by our realtor shortly after we moved into our new house in Silver Spring. We didn't want (and couldn't afford) to have someone else take over the decorating, but we wanted help choosing paint colors and figuring out how best to arrange our furniture to make the house look comfortable but not sloppy. Margaret was great - she spent two hours with us, in which time we banged through paints, furniture layout, flow, and some bigger future projects. The paint colors she suggested look absolutely amazing on the walls, and the tweaks she suggested elsewhere have been surprisingly helpful. We were particularly impressed that she worked so completely with what we have - she did not suggest that we purchase or replace anything. She also had some suggestions on how to make our house accommodating to our kid as he gets older.

Claire helped us reimagine our space and we love the transformation in our home that she created. She was very professional and mindful of our budget. We truly enjoyed working with her and we look forward to her helping us with more projects in the future.

I do lighting design for Lisa and have for decades. She is a brilliant and creative designer whose scope includes a wide range of styles, from contemporary to tradional. She has a special talent for combining styles seamlessly in the same room and/or project. A successful project is one that continues to be interesting long after completion. Lisa's projects have a timeless quality that is both beautifully integrated and comfortable to live with. Most importantly, they reflect the owner's vision as well as her own.

We completely gutted our builder kitchen and did a major remodel. Jennifer provided valuable input on the layout of the kitchen remodel, including the addition of the window seat, which is a favorite of our granddaughters. I also relied on her for all the finishing touches such as lighting, backsplash, grout color, window treatments, rugs, cabinet hardware, wall color, and the accent sink in the island. I found it easy to communicate and work with Jennifer and would not change a thing in my kitchen. I plan to have her help on future projects also.

In the last 3 years, I've thrown a ridiculous amount of money at contractors to renovate my old condo and to completely gut and restore a 100 year old row house in Capitol Hill.  I've learned so many lessons in this process, all of them were costly in terms of time or money (or both). The most important lesson I learned is not to use anyone other than A-Pro.  Their prices weren't always the cheapest but when I went with someone else to save a few bucks, I ended up spending twice as much having to bring A-Pro back in to do the work right. Their team responds quickly to text, email or phone and their crew is so professional and amazingly talented. Not only are they good at their jobs, they're also just genuinely good people. After being in my house for 6 months with all my valuables in open sight, not one penny was ever missing.  I trust them completely to have full run of my home and to finish a job on time, on budget, and done RIGHT.Dont hesitate to hire these guys.
