My employer recently contracted James to complete some headshots for members of our leadership. In the weeks leading up to the shoot, it was clear attention to detail was one of his shining qualities as he asked about creative direction, samples of what we were looking for, site details, provided a sign up sheet, etc. The day of the shoot, he arrived early to set up and spent a considerable amount of time with me directly fine-tuning the lighting set up and ensuring the placement and posing of everything was perfect. He was a joy to work with, bringing many of the more timid personalities out of their shells.
