The family owned company we had used since this home was built back in the 80's was sold and the new management and pest control fell short on everything. When I called Alert Exterminators, the voice on the other end was so nice and sweet, just like our old company. Charles came out to the house for a free quote and inspection. After meeting him and hearing what he would be able to do to take care of our property, I felt very comfortable and happy to have finally found another company that takes pride in their work and does such a neat job. Our technician puts boot covers over his shoes when he comes into the house. Such a nice surprise. (now to get the kids to do the same.) Since we have had the annual treatment we have seen absolutely no bugs. They even call me and check every 3 months, just to do a quick once over. Perfect. So happy I went with my gut feeling on this one. On time, and if he's even going to be slightly late, 5 minutes, he calls. Very conscientious. Alert is great!

So I had been using Arrow wildlife Exterminators to get rid of a rat problem in my house for about a month... They weren't doing the job we needed, and the problem seemed to only be getting worse. We called this guy, and he came out to my house, and the very same night we were able to catch THREE rats!!! (doing the job Arrow should have done in the very beginning). His effort to find a solution to our problem from the very beginning was tremendous! He had a different plan and method than Arrow, and that showed. He used different traps and looked in areas that they did not. He had the experience and the knowledge as well that the other company lacked completely. Not only was his business professional and successful, but also to ease the situation at hand- his personality was amazing! He is very personable, super friendly, understanding and extremely responsive. If you have any rodent problems, which I don't wish upon anyone….. I wouldn't waste any time calling your normal exterminators or hesitate to contact this guy. I give him a 10/10 recommendation and I never write reviews. Thank you again!!!
