I found Robin through a co-worker, and boy am I glad I did. My 2 year old German Shepherd Mya, was showing what appeared to be aggressive tendencies toward any stranger, whether it was at home at people that walked or jogged by the house and even to people walking and bicycling near my vehicle whether in motion or at a stoplight. I was really concerned that these behaviors were going to be impossible to change, or at least minimize. After only a couple of months, she is showing major changes for the better. Just the other day going through a drive thru and later the same day stopped at a light right next to a bicyclist, she did not growl or bark as if she was ready to attack. I was amazed. Robin has shown me that this is more about proper socialization than anything else. She has the ability to read the dogs body language, and is teaching me to be able to recognize what Mya will do, even before she does it, so the proper corrections can be made when they will do the most good. While Mya still has a way to go, I KNOW that sooner than later, Mya WILL become the companion that I'll be able to trust around any person or animal. I would and will recommend Robin to anyone that is looking for a good trainer / behaviorist that really knows her stuff.

I wish I'd wrote a review sooner because I am sure I'm forgetting good points to mention, but in a nutshell: I love Tailchasers. In late February/March, I went out of town on business for nearly 3 weeks. I contacted Tailchasers to look after my cat, Lennon, while I was away. They were very responsive and had someone out to visit Lennon and I the next day. I met with Matt who was friendly, informative, and really responsive. I told him everything I needed and he went back to the office and populated my profile on their site - that's it. I didn't have to do anything else! Jamie was the cat sitter looking after Lennon; she was great! She sent me text messages every day she visited Lennon, and even contacted me to let me know when my power went out for a few days. She was so good to Lennon, playing with him and giving him lots of love. She also left me notes of Lennon's day and time spent with her. I could really tell that Jamie cared about Lennon, not just as a client, but as a pet and a member of my family. Sadly, shortly after my trip, I moved to the city and out of the limits of Tailchasers. I highly recommend Tailchasers to everyone!

Yesterday was my grandson’s first birthday party. 30 people, 0 bites, and 0 lunges at people!!! Just as exciting is that our German Shephard was not stressed and miserable- his demeanor was happy, relaxed and playful. There was not barking every time a new person entered or he noticed them. It was so peaceful! People were able to approach, interact, and goof around with my daughters and grandchildren without Bo trying to kill them, as he previously has done repeatedly. We have had three events with 15-30 people in our home and yard this summer and we would not have been able to do this if we had not worked with Pack Tactics. The training we received has helped our entire family enjoy visitors without the intense fear that our Bo will bite someone. When we started in the winter with training, we were pretty devastated and thought our boy wouldn’t be able to get through this, and now we are in a good place. I posted on bark about a recently developed issue between two of my dogs. Anthony reached out that night and set up a phone call the following morning. I had spoke with a trainer 5 minutes before my call with Anthony. Anthony listened to my issue and where I thought the issue stemmed from. He posed some really helpful questions and explained the reasons behind his questions. He offered to come out and evaluate my dogs that day. We set up an evaluation a few days later as I had to seek medical attention for my dogs. He came out and did his evaluation, he told us what he saw as the problem which backed what I thought it was. He gave us some direction on how to fix the issue and reassured us that all we had to do was reach out if we needed his assistance in the matter. I would definitely recommend Anthony and RBK Line!
