We cannot say enough about how great our experience was training with Pawfect. We looked into several facilities in our area and multiple online trainers. We were not satisfied with the things we were hearing. When we found Pawfect, we had our consultation and knew that we found the right people!

Our 60-minute travel time to our sessions was so worth it that we would've traveled from another state to have the same training sessions. The training was so much fun and educational beyond our wildest expectations. We absolutely recommend their services to everyone. You will not find a better or more caring group of people. The Pawfect difference has been life changing. It's more of a Pawfect revelation.
Our two dogs, Coco and Lime, had to be separated by gates all over the house. Lime was supposed to be a play pal for Coco while we working and the kids were at school. We genuinely felt that they would have killed each other if they had the opportunity without the gates. The turmoil in our household had escalated to intolerable levels and was disrupting everyone's lives and was unfair to the dogs. We did not rescue them to have stressful lives.

The best dog training service! We adopted a puppy and he had some behavioral and obedience issues we did not know how to deal with. A dog trainer at my work spent numerous sessions with our dog and was unable to correct any of the major concerns.
We found Pawfect by referral from a neighbor and the results were remarkable.

Pawfect taught us how each our puppies behavior was tied directly to each individual family member's behaviors and reactions. Through clear and detailed demonstration and some simple drills, we were able to reset many of our bad habits and connect with our puppy on a whole new level almost immediately. My wife and I began training with Pawfect three years ago after a friend referred us to them. We had experience with dogs but this was our first rescue pair of a brother and sister. The rescue advised us of possible aggression issues and they were right. We wanted to catch it before it became a real issue. Pawfect's approach to training was calm, collected, Pawsitive and they did not force either dog to do anything; they let the dogs figure out the right path to take every time. The idea of aggression in dogs has received a lot of undo misinterpretation in recent years. Choosing to rescue is great responsibility and choosing to rescue not just one, but two possibly problematic dogs that would have otherwise likely been put down is a choice that we deeply admire. You knew that you were going to get proper training and that not just any trainer would do. Once we got to the heart of issue of the insecurities that the dogs were feeling, we were able to work to re-establish the proper order of RTL with both of them and show them that they could feel safe and secure with you and your family. Properly establishing RTL allowed the dogs to connect with you in ways they had never been safe to connect to anyone and now the bond among you all is forever!

We will never have our dogs suffer at another "daycare and boarding" facility again! Pawfect is the forever go-to solution for us and our dogs. Those places that call their cages and kennels "suites" should be shut down. Their advertising pitches are ridiculous.
You have to pay for treats.
You have to pay for play time.
You have to pay for every walk for your dog.
At Pawfect, your dogs are truly at home. Your dogs are treated as family. They make their own organic treats that they give to your dogs for free during their stay. They walk your dogs all day everyday and don't charge $15 extra to do it. Your dogs are never stuck in a caged area or kennel. Being in daycare is part of the boarding process not $20-30 extra. We are truly happy we found Pawfect and we have told all of our friends about them and will continue to tell as many people as we can because all dogs deserve to be happy and treated properly. We have to live vicariously through the owners every time we do virtual training. The pandemic lockdowns led to an unprecedented number of adoptions. It was great to get all of the dogs out of the shelters. It was unfortunate that a lot of new owners did not have the knowledge to effectively help their new rescues with their pre-existing behavioral issues. Hi Peter, The Pawfect difference is patience and love. Few dogs enjoy being groomed. When they are treated properly and allowed the time that they need to effectively process what is happening to them, they are the better for it and the grooming looks better in the end. Nail trims and teeth brushing and hair clipping is not actually a natural occurrence for dogs (or cats). It is our job as the handlers to teach the dogs that they are safe and secure during the process. We allow the dogs the time to think and process and over time, that process becomes quicker and quicker as the dogs learn to enjoy the grooming process. Plus, they get plenty of yummy organic, all-natural treats throughout.

Pawfect gave our son a second chance at life.
Our son was born with a particular disability and we struggled for the first few years. He needed more attention. We needed more energy. He needed us to have patience when he couldn't tell us what was wrong. Our doctor recommended that we consider a therapy or service dog but we just didn't have the money.
We eventually decided to rescue a puppy in hopes that it would be a playmate for our son and help distract him. While we saw improvements in his behavior, he needed more.
My husband's co-worker told him about Pawfect Dog Training and how great their experience was with their training. They told him that they also did therapy work and could likely help us if we were interested.
We reached out, set our appointment, discussed our needs and wants, went through our first training session and have never looked back. That first session provided us more information than we ever thought we would learn about dogs.
Our son loved our trainer. They connected almost immediately. Pawfect took immense care to cater to our son's specific needs while also explaining to us what our puppy was going to be capable of. Like most people, we were hesitant about the effectiveness of virtual training.
We were very pleasantly surprised and satisfied with our training. The manner the training is conducted is well thought out and executed. The training makes you feel that they're right there with you. The guidance is step-by-step. They help you to catch and correct any missteps. We were able to ask any questions we had before training, during training and with follow-ups to our training.
