Niki is so sweet and absolutely amazing with my fur babies. From the moment she arrived, she made them feel loved, safe, and completely at ease. All three of my cats are incredibly soft and smell so good after their care. My big boy Ozzy was dealing with back pain from dry skin, and after his haircut he feels so much better. I can tell he’s more comfortable and relaxed. All three cats are purring nonstop and being extra loving, which says everything about the care they received. My dog loves going to Nikki’s place. I was a bit nervous at first and sometimes I still am but birdie (my dog) always lets me know she had a great time and she likes it there. She greets them with so much love so i know she is being taken care of just as I would like. Heck she’s probably being spoiled lol. Book with Nikki. Niki's Play N' Stay is the only groomer I trust with my cats -- and the fact that she comes to us makes it even better. Her mobile setup is spotless, convenient, and completely stress-free for my kitties. Niki is amazing every single time. She's always on time, communicates clearly before and after each visit, and her pricing is incredibly reasonable for the excellent high quality and convenience she provides. One of my cats is... let's just say strong-willed. Her fur had gotten badly matted, and she wouldn't let anyone near her with a brush. I honestly didn't think she'd cooperate, but Niki worked her magic and somehow turned my spicy little fluff into her normal, gorgeous self. My moyen poodle had only ever been groomed by me and is a nervous Nelly. #coviddog my dog refuses to stand while being groomed and Niki still pulls off a beautiful clip time and time again. Niki is fantastic. It has been far too long since I had my older Pomeranian and GSD groomed, and I brought them to Niki based on a friend's recommendation. I have fairly specific instructions for my pom's haircut that Niki followed perfectly, even going above and beyond to adjust her method due to my dog's thinning hair. But honestly the thing I'm the most pleased with is how she handled my shepherd. My shepherd hasn't had a lot of professional handling, and she hates getting her nails done. Niki took the time to work through my dog's meltdown and ultimately clipped and ground her nails without even needing a muzzle, and there were no signs of stress when I picked her up. I had a hard time finding a groomer for my dog who just completed radiation for her brain tumor. My dog's behavior has changed since radiation and is anxious when I'm not around. I'm so glad I found Niki who does in-home grooming! She came on time, and my dog instantly wagged her tail of joy. I think she senses Niki's aura of being a big pet lovers. My dog normally does not like strangers. I'm glad they got along, and everything went beautifully. My dog looks and feels terrific. Niki and her lovely family are a God send! I moved from my home in Nevada back to CA to assist a family member. I've always had a home for our beautiful Orange Tabby Polydactyl, until I came to CA in September, 2024. She has boarded our cat on and off since September of this year. I have had to change pick up and drop off times far too often. Niki has always been very accommodating and understanding about my current situation involving moving around with my family member and not always being able to take our sweet cat with us. I trust in Niki's work ethic implicitly, and couldn't ask for anything greater than the love and wonderful care she has provided to our cat. The most amazing groomer ever. Our dog is almost 9 yrs old and we have been to several groomers. We just move to the area and Nikii's was are 1st groomers here.
