Although our initial tasting to try the food was wonderful, the actual meal was very disappointing. It was our son & daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner. Amazed by Graze was in completely over their heads. They didn’t plate enough salads so 4 guests went without. They forgot to bring one of the trays of desserts. We ended up having to set the tables ourselves and iron their tablecloths to do so. (They were supposed to do all of that according to our agreement.) The food was cold and they did not provide the garnishes they said they would. The wine service was late. They didn’t come around to offer wine until 15 minutes into the meal. They failed to provide menus for the tables like they said they would. We also asked that they come prepped with extra aioli for the potatoes and they forgot that too. For all that trouble, on a meal that we were charged well over $2000 for they offered a $330 refund. After repeated attempts to even get that refund, they never refunded (thank goodness I could file a dispute with Venmo!) and stopped responding to my correspondence. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amazed By Graze! They recently catered our 200-person holiday party, and it was an absolute showstopper from start to finish. Every detail was executed flawlessly, leaving our guests raving about the food and experience long after the event ended.

The charcuterie displays were not just appetizers—they were works of art! The summer of 2024, I reached out to Krystin for a possible catering event to celebrate my son’s life. I lost him 3/20/23.
I found Krystin receptive and personal from the start of our conversation. I managed this COL long distance. We went back and forth with the final requests. Krystin was cooperative with my requests. Amazedbygraze catered to my wedding. Lets just say she is nothing short of her name, AMAZING! Krystin catered my cocktail hour with an amazing charcuterie spread, and delicious hor d' oeuvres. This husband and wife team are awesome! The menu was easy to choose and the payment process was super simple. They showed up on time, had the meal ready on time and stayed until the end…and the food? It was spectacular!!

Our wedding was unfortunately catered by Amazed by Graze. I was blindsided by the disappointing and unprofessional nature of the service because leading up to the wedding, we had only good experiences with communication. We chose to hire them as not only catering for a 120 person wedding, but also rent plates and glassware from them and hire them as our bartender with alcohol we provided. To say we are disappointed was an understatement. They served a buffet style meal with not nearly enough food. 2 tables (with 3 pregnant women and 4 toddlers) did not get any food. When the caterers asked to pivot and make leftover burgers we had in the fridge, they did, but the burgers were raw and inedible per the guests. We had discussed that included in our 20% service fee (nearly $1000) would be a bartender and services such as manning the buffet, clearing plates, refilling the buffet, serving cake, refilling waters, etc. There were no water glasses set out, nor were they refilled (a priority for us for a mountain wedding with alcohol at high altitude), the buffet was cold, food ran out, cake was served 3 slices at a time, so many guests did not get any cake, the plates were set up and cleared by the coordinators, not the caterers, and they coordinators served the cake as well. Cake was served on paper plates when we rented more than enough cake plates. The caterers only came with 2 people for a 120 person wedding. The vendors did not get to eat either, which we had paid for. The kicker was that there was no bartender either, and the caterers left way before the bar closed and many people left. The alcohol was set up, but they it was a completely self-service bar. The venue had a requirement of a bartender for safety and this was not fulfilled. Champagne was supposed to be poured and passed out in rented champagne glasses, but only one bottle was poured and people said it was in plastic cups. We had rented napkins, which the caterers lost, so paper towels were on the tables. The cocktail hour snacks (of which we ordered and paid for 120) ran out and although we didn't get to see them as we were taking pictures, many guests said they saw no more than 30 charcuterie cups and only a few guests got to eat cocktail snacks. We had many people with gluten allergies and other dietary restrictions such as vegetarian and vegan and the only options available for these guests were pasta salad, couscous and broccoli. Additionally, we paid for broccolini and got broccoli, which is not a big deal, but it is just one more thing to add to the list. When we confronted the caterers about these issues, we were only met with excuses and lies. The claimed the coordinators were pushy and demanding and that the venue owners were rude and not helpful, when they were the only ones at fault. The offered a refund for half of the buffet napkins, but otherwise just made excuses and denied a refund. We are severely embarrassed that our guests were not nourished and taken care of at our wedding. More...

OH MY GOD! Where to start, AmazedbyGrace is beyond amazing. The food was amazing along with the service! They went over hills on everything. I was in a hard spot where my original Catorer had personal things come up. My mom found them for me and so glad she did. I told her what happen and what’s going on and they helped me and made my wedding amazing. The potato salad was delicious along with the pulled pork/chicken sandwiches. The salad was so fresh and delicious and beautiful set up. They did was beautiful as well after everybody had ate, they didn’t stop there. They actually help clean up and they interacted with the guest. I hired Amazed By Graze for a bridal shower I hosted and it added that beautiful bridal flair I was looking for... and more! I received so many compliments on not just how beautiful it was but how delicious it tasted!
