I produce a regular monthly newsletter full of Business Growth mentoring advice, occasional Reports and have produced a book (which I am very proud of, due out in November 2019) – all of which I am happy to send to you when we engage. Initial engagement – I will contact you by your preferred method and have a 30-minute no-obligation free consultation with you to discuss your coaching and mentoring needs. Based on what we discuss, I will develop a tailored proposal for you on what support might be suitable in your circumstances. When you engage with me, I will send you a “Welcome Pack” relevant to your circumstances and we can schedule either a single session or recurring sessions as you need, which can be either face-to-face (if possible) or remote through Skype. If you come on board as a consulting or coaching client, I will automatically provide you a 10% discount on any and all courses and events which I hold – including all new services such as an online Members web-site, Business Mentoring Programme (launching in February 2020 – I’ll let you know more by e-mail when it launches) and any Face to Face training your would like delivered to your colleagues. I will extend this discount for a 2-year period from the date of our last Consulting or Coaching session. What do you love most about your job?

I'm a people person and thoroughly enjoy helping people to maximise their potential - at work, at play and in their relationships. I get to meet some amazing people who are determined to achieve their goals.

My other passion is winning - I love to help people grow their businesses and get the rewards for their hard work.

What inspired you to start your own business?

It's in my blood! My parents both had their own businesses, and whilst I have worked in both Corporate and SME environments, the freedom and scope of work involved in running your own business is fantastic. Combined with my genuine enthusiasm for helping and developing people, it makes total sense to combine the two things!

Why should our clients choose you?

I will treat you as an individual, with your own particular needs and opportunities - my coaching practice is not straight out of a book, or "by template" (although I do use a lot of those tools). You will get a very tailored experience working with me.
