Find a Wedding Planner in Santa Rosa

We love Cammie! We found her via a recommendation from our venue (the Secret Gardens in Bodega Bay) and immediately wanted to work with her. We submitted an inquiry and she responded very promptly. We were looking for help for the day of our wedding (vs. a full-service wedding planner). The best part of her email was that she said "day-of really is a terrible name, because there is really no such thing as day-of coordination without some good planning and coordination ahead of time" -- we knew she would be investing the time, energy and resources to help us as best as she could leading up to our special day. Cammie is awesome - super detail oriented, organized, calm, patient and proactive with recommendations. She always took the time to listen to our ideas and either help us make it a reality or give alternative recommendations that were even better. We can tell she has done this for a long time because she was able to anticipate all potential outcomes and prepare for them. We had a few calls before the day of, and on the day of, she and her assistant were ready to go and executed beautifully. She was very patient and kind with all our vendors and helped make sure we were able to do everything on the timeline even though we were running late (due to my dad's extra long speech, hahah). Thank you Cammie for going above and beyond for us!

Zoe is amazing! I spoke with a ton of wedding planners and am so happy we went with her. She is very organized and is on "your team." Zoe was able to find wonderful vendors and an amazing venue for us. She also figured out our entire wedding layout, dealt with our guests, basically everything. She will go above and beyond for you. We highly recommend her.

I have used Abby with great success in my home for friends and business leaders. It was such a success. She took time to be sure placement of seating, food, glassware and food were perfect. I was extremely happy to work with Abby. She really delivers on quality Service and recommendations for your needs. I wouldnt attempt another party without her.

I got married just a few weeks ago and I am so very thankful and happy with the work of these brilliant women. My now husband and I planned most of the wedding ourselves and we had no prior experience. Christina really helped me figure out what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable! I was worried about a lot of things on the wedding day but I was never worried about the decor or the flowers! SC Marie has wonderful communication, they checked in on me periodically and helped me organize my wedding brain! On the day of they were like flower fairies and I barely saw them but their love and dedication spoke for them and everything was beautiful! When shopping around for a wedding planner/coordinator I was overwhelmed as I knew it would be the most important aspect of a smooth wedding. I avoided hiring one for months. I was fortunate enough to be referred to Tyler by a mutual friend. Her prices were very reasonable and she seemed the most professional and confident out of the planners I interviewed so I hired her. She was seriously the best investment I made throughout the whole wedding process. As well as my favorite vendor. We sat down and I explained my day and she came back with dozens of questions I hadn’t even thought of let alone knew the answers too! She is truly the BEST! If you are looking for an organized, creative, detailed oriented, and thoughtful person look no further. Tyler is extremely helpful and well connected in Sonoma County. She has a great vast knowledge about local vendors. She's saved me a ton of money by her suggestions. She got me beautiful plates for the same price as the ugly cafeteria styled ones that was originally offered to me. I missed my rental appointment and Tyler handled it all for me and had the best stuff picked out. She brought my vision to life and under budget. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Tyler handled everything day of. Down to the smallest detail. Including all the things that I didn’t even think about. She’s put my mind at ease because I was so confident with her being in charge. Because of her I will be able to enjoy my special day stress free. I have 100% confidence in her abilities to manage any wedding. Hire Tyler, she will be a decision you will not regret!

I cannot say enough about how incredible Nicki is. I literally thank my lucky stars everyday that she became apart of my wedding planning process. It was so important to me that my creativity, unique style and attention to detail shine through at my wedding. Nicki completely translated my vision into the most gorgeous event I've ever seen. She's also the reason I felt completely calm and relaxed at my wedding. I just knew everything would be perfect based on the pre-work we had done together and as another fellow type A, Creative. She went above and beyond to relieve me of any stress. My only regret is that I didn't meet her sooner, but now she's stuck with me for life! To all you brides out there, look no further. Bree and her team did a fantastic job at our anniversary dinner for 30. The food was imaginative, delicious and presented with style. They blended into the atmosphere of the evening and allowed us to concentrate on our guests while they took care of everything. We will work with Bree again without reservation.
