Zoe recently coordinated our small wedding with exceptional grace. She was clear and timely in communication (including the invaluable work of laying out the floor plan and day of timeline), and she helped us understand and articulate what we wanted from day. When we hadn’t considered something, Zoe was thoughtful in her suggestions and would often email along more possibilities later.On the day itself Zoe was everywhere, making sure of key details, checking in with our loved ones, and keeping the sparklers at the end from setting anything on fire. This review is a little over a year overdue. Zoe coordinated our wedding back in August 2018 and it was the best decision we could have made. We hired her to help us with the coordinating but she helped us out from the moment we hired her. We were continually asking her for advice, her opinion, and recommendations for other vendors. She graciously helped any way she could. As we were getting closer to the wedding we had a hard time finding a photographer and asked Zoe for a recommendation. She asked us very specific questions to get to know us better and make the recommendations that most matched our taste and she sure found us the perfect photographer with the exact style we were looking for! She also coordinated and attended all of our tastings and provided us with excellent feedback and options. When it was time to negotiate a price with a vendor she was firm and stayed within our budget. Zoe was there from start to finish on the day of our wedding with all the details carefully accounted for. She stayed until the very end after everything was cleaned and ready to hand off. She also coordinated with all of the vendors to make sure they are ready for the day of and clear on all the timelines. It is details like this that fall off your to-do list and she just makes it happen. She also seamlessly blends in, the crowd thought she was another guest. The day of the wedding we knew everything was in great hands. To my eyes, everything went on without a hitch. After the wedding we found out that one of the vendors arrived late and she was able to get us a refund for their services! I mean she goes above and beyond! Zoe is the magician behind the scenes solving problems before you even knew they were a concern. I planned my wedding in 2 months and Zoe was great! I hired her for month-of-coordinator and we met up a couple of times at the venue to go over what I envisioned for my wedding day. On the actual wedding day, she arrived promptly and was able to coordinate everything behind the scenes. I didn't talk much with her during the entire event because I was so busy but it was nice that I wasn't bothered by anything related to the flow of the wedding and I was able to leave the closing up to her.
