Our signature dish is Tuscan Cream Chicken — a guest favorite at weddings and special events. It features tender, herb-marinated chicken simmered in a rich garlic cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach, and basil, finished with a touch of parmesan. It’s comforting, elegant, and designed to hold beautifully for buffet service — a perfect blend of rustic Italian flavor and timeless appeal.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We believe the perfect menu starts with listening — understanding your tastes, dietary needs, event style, and budget. From there, we craft a customized selection that balances flavors, variety, and presentation. We draw from our Italian, Southern Homestyle, and BBQ roots to create dishes that not only taste incredible but travel well and look beautiful on your event day. Plus, we’re happy to guide you with tasting sessions and expert recommendations to make sure every bite is exactly what you envisioned.
What do you love most about your job?
What I enjoy most is creating unique dishes inspired by each client’s vision and story. Every event brings fresh ideas and challenges that spark creativity, allowing me to craft personalized menus that reflect the couple’s tastes and personalities. It’s incredibly rewarding to see those one-of-a-kind dishes come to life and become part of such special celebrations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were inspired to start our catering business after personally struggling with a caterer for our own wedding. We saw firsthand how important it is to have reliable, delicious food served with care and professionalism on such a special day. That experience motivated us to create a catering company that puts clients first — delivering exceptional quality, personalized menus, and a stress-free experience. Our goal is to make every event feel as seamless and memorable as it should be.

We also follow all local health guidelines and continuously update our practices to maintain a safe environment without compromising on the quality and service you expect.
