What do you love most about your job?
When guests offer positive reviews while I am walking around an event and clients express their pleasure with the service, I feel gratified that my efforts have met their expectations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
At a young age I aspired to be able to make biscuits from scratch like my grandmother. I mastered that skill by the age of 12. Cooking brings me joy and relieves stress. Before my father passed away we wanted to open a bakery but unfortunately that never came to pass. I lost all of my passion to cook when he died. Four and a half years later my grandmother told me that my father would be pleased if I followed my dreams, so I did! I enrolled in culinary school and that is what let to the start of my business.
