We are primarily a Shanghai Style Deli and Bakery so our signature items are Homestyle Shanghai type foods!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We first determine who are the likely attendees to the client's event, as we have numerous types of Chinese banqueting foods that can be enjoyed. Some clients want standard well known Chinese dishes while others want traditional Chinese home cooked style foods. Then we typically decide whether a full menu or finger foods are more appropriate. If a full menu is in order then a full menu will include meat and/or seafood, vegies, tofu, rice and/or noodles and finally a simple desert. Its a simple process!

We love meeting new clients and being able to contribute to their awesome events!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We love Chinese food! We had discovered that the options for Chinese food were based on traditional take out but we wanted to bring in more homestyle options as the customers pallets and desires for expanded menus has increased dramatically.
