What’s your signature dish?
A long time favorite is Bourbon marinated beef tenderloin filet w/ cowboy butter - A grass fed beautiful filet from a ranch local to TX that i marinate in a custom mix of Bourbon and more for 2 days and it tenderizes that filet to just cut like butter. I custom make my version of a cowboy butter w fresh herbs and about 10 other ingredients that just coat and seep into that gorgeous piece of beef and just elevates it to a whole different level. Clients have told me its the best steak they've ever had.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I speak in depth with client about what theyre looking for in this meal, any allergies or dietary restrictions that i need to be aware of. I ask about the guests attending. Meals or spices or different things that i would make for a younger crowds meal might vary a bit for a more refined older guest event. I ask tons of questions to really get to know who i'm making this meal for and how I can create the best experience for each person attending.
What do you love most about your job?
This is my passion, i put my heart and soul into every single day. I bring 200% of myself to every single meal I get the privilege to cook for a client. Im extremely blessed to get to share my food and flavors with people and the amazing response I've gotten in return.
I honestly live for that moment when the group digs into their first few bites, and I wait and listen to their initial reactions. When i hear those OMG, and this is so good and all those positive reactions.. It is the best feeling ever! That's why I do what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started realizing that no one was creating or making the kinds of foods I loved to eat. I kept being told i needed to open my own restaurant, my heart wasnt going in that direction. I wanted to create menus and experiences with each client to fit their needs. I had heard lots of stories of client experiences with other private chefs, and I knew that with my passion for cooking amazing bold fresh flavors and the integrity and detail I would bring to the meal to create an experience not being offered by anyone else.

Can travel to your location and prepare a fresh gourmet scratch made meal using high-quality ingredients that are local to Corpus or Texas. Custom-made menus created specifically to work with your dietary restrictions or food allergies. A full service experience from start to finish, starting with preparing and executing your meal, served hot fresh and made right in your kitchen. We then take care of all clean up with dishes, tables, kitchen, trash, and floors.
