Top Tier no doubt! Presentation💯 Quality💯 Quantity💯 On time delivery💯. The hot food came hot and the cold food was chilled ready to serve. ALL food was absolutely amazing and delicious. Everyone love it and everyone that wanted, took home a to go plate. In my family, Thanksgiving dinner is prepared by heavy hitters only. This year, however, I wanted to honor both sides of my family and host dinner at my house. Rose Catering was the best vendor I could have procured for Thanksgiving catering. My People LOVED the food and are still congratulating me. He helped curate the menu while respecting allergies. He stayed in constant contact leading up to the dinner and arrived on site promptly. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Every menu I create is custom to each client. I also have premade menus.
What do you love most about your job?
The best thing about about my jobs is getting people to try new flavors and food they have never tried before or changing there minds about food they thought they didn't like.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own buiness to break out of the normal routine of working for someone else until you retire.
