THESE FOLKS WILL SCAM YOU. PLEASE STAY AWAY. My wife and I entrusted miniflyx as our wedding videographer. Our contract stated we would receive a highlight video and raw footage for our special day within 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks we received nothing. My wife began to follow up with Tre Williams to inquire on the status. He always says, “he’ll look into it”, but he never provides an update. We continued to inquire for weeks and eventually received incomplete low quality clips. To elaborate, the clips were very short with bad lighting, low quality sound, and all of the footage from the bachelor and groomsmen is missing. To date we have not received the highlight video. Tre is now non-responsive and also has not responded to our better business bureau complaint. We paid $1,800 in advance because we felt comfortable knowing there is a contract. Now we know the contract means nothing to Tre and his company. My wife has done research and found out Tre has a history of this behavior. He used to run a company called Snack Tv with the same shady practices. He dropped that company name when they burned too many bridges and started Miniflyx. We entrusted Miniflyx (Tre Williams) with a sacred special occasion that can not be relived, and now he’s ruined a lifetime memory. I’m WARNING ANYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wouldn’t want anyone to duplicate what we’ve experienced. SCAMMING a newlywed couple is heartless. We are currently pursuing legal action, because the scammer will not honor his contract. More...
