We had the pleasure of hosting a private dinner with Chef Bill last night, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Not only was the food absolutely fantastic, but getting to speak with the chef and watch him cook brought such a warm, personal touch to the evening.
Our meal began with a delicate mushroom tart infused with truffle oil-rich, savory, and perfectly flaky. Next came a vibrant burrata salad that was both fresh and indulgent. For the main course, he prepared veal piccata over linguine, paired with sautéed zucchini-the veal was tender and full of flavor, and the sauce was perfectly balanced. Dessert was a silky panna cotta topped with a bright, luscious berry coulis
—just the right finish to an amazing meal.
Every dish was beautifully presented and thoughtfully crafted. It truly felt like a restaurant-quality experience in the comfort of our home. Highly recommend and would absolutely do it again! More...

Chef Bill was awesome! The food was delectable, fresh, and you could tell it was hand made! We got Asian cuisine and we were not disappointed! Chef Bill was amazing! We booked him for Christmas Eve dinner at the Poconos, we were staying at an Airbnb, he was very fair in his price considering it was a holiday. Chef was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond to any of my questions, and work out a menu. Food was amazing, excellent flavor, my personal favorite was the lamb lollipop.

This is was my first time hiring a personal chef and they made it totally painless! I would definitely recommend Chef Bill and JoMama’s Kitchen. I planned a brunch for my "adult" kids. They arrived on time, were very professional, fun, and cleaned the entire kitchen before they left. Bill went above and beyond on the meal. He served several additional items | was not expecting.
