I started working with Ray in hopes to gain muscle and lose some weight (I wanted to do a pull up). 4 months later I can do several pull ups and actually love to hit the gym now. Love working out with Ray. We do a hybrid so half the time he comes to me, and half the time is virtual. I get a great workout either way and have love the results I’ve been seeing. It’s great he brings all the equipment to my apartment so I don’t have to buy anything. Another plus for me was he is clean and pays attention to the covid guidelines which makes my wife comfortable. Wow! I found Raymond online but connected with him through his instagram and website. He was so kind and easygoing with scheduling a consult with me. We scheduled session and oh boy he kicks butt! But in the good way!! Plus it was free to workout with him the first time to see if I liked it. I loved it! I was looking for a trainer to help me drop some pounds after covid to get back into my fitness. I found Raymond and although I was nervous about doing remote sessions because we were a bit distanced he proved to me that they actually AREA effective. I had a hard time motivating myself without a person right there with me usually but with his music, energy, and direction. Ray modifies the workout on the fly for me for my shoulder and I even have better mobility in it now. I feel great and loose after every workout. It’s like that old saying “don’t knock it til you try it”. Best part is after my workout I don’t have to drive anywhere I can get lay on my mat until I get my breathe back haha. Raymond is great! Totally recommend even if you’re skeptical about virtual sessions plus the first is free that was really cool just to see if I did like it. 5 stars! More...

Was looking for a trainer to work with remotely since I work from home and gained some pandemic weight. Raymond reached out and scheduled a consult and after hearing him talk about what we could do together I was super excited. We started working together on zoom and I was skeptical how it would work at first but the first session was free so I tried it. Let me tell you it’s SO FUN. He plays awesome music, makes me laugh, pushes me through the workouts and even does then with me which I love. I’m stronger now, I have more endurance, and just overall feel like my energy levels have skyrocketed. Raymond is fantastic wish I found him sooner! I started working with Raymond and Ascension after looking for a trainer to work with online. Came across his page and it’s the best thing I’ve ever found. I lost more weight with Raymond in 1 month than I did in a year trying by myself. He listens, he pushes you, he really cares. Every session is different and makes playlists just for me! We came to Coach Ray after a significant bullying situation in school. Our goal was to get our daughter some basic moves and techniques. We got so much more. Coach Ray has helped our daughter to be more confident, aware, focused, balanced, and to enjoy fitness. Coach Ray is a natural teacher and creates age appropriate training that feels like fun but it is a thorough workout. The motivational aspects of the training is one of the elements that sets Coach Ray apart. No need to get anything, he brings the gym to you! I got the Covid blues and packer on a few pounds. In one week with Raymond‘s daily homework out plan that he prepared just for me I already feel the difference. I have more energy throughout the day and can do more at night. The full body workouts are easy to follow and will kick your butt! I also like the Raymond will answer any questions I have and shows me how to modify anything I need to. I’ve been training on and off with Raymond for the last 2 1/2 years. If you’re looking for someone who will truly believe in you and work you hard you found the right one. Raymond has always pushed me to go as hard as I am capable of. He creates a personal routine just for you he checks in to see how you’re feeling with everything and change whatever needs to be changed to make sure you’re getting the best from your workouts. I’m down 7lbs already! Absolute best of the best. Raymond is hilariously funny, his playlists rock, and each workout is totally different which is good for me since I get bored easy. I have a bad shoulder and he always shows me modifications on the spot so I can keep going! 10/10 More...
