We hired SnapBooks and they did a good job on reconciling and cleaning up our books. It was a fair price for the amount of work performed. We then hired them for ongoing bookkeeping services. We always expect a bit of a learning curve of learning how our business works. Unfortunately, the quality of work was poor and reflected badly with our vendors and clients. Payments being coded as paid when they weren't and invoices showing as outstanding when they had been paid, etc. We discussed these issues and how their quality controls were not catching these errors. Their solution was to switch to another bookkeeper, but I had lost confidence. For reconciliation and cleaning up books, they get high marks. For ongoing bookkeeping, there's work to be done. More...
