DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!!They damaged the walls of my home, broke several items without any remorse or care, and overcharged us! When we asked for my money back for the overpayment ($100), they gave us the runaround for weeks and never gave us back our money. These folks do not care about your property or your items. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! This moving company was a complete disaster. My move on was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but the movers didn't arrive until 7:30 PM. ...a 4.5 hour delay. While waiting for the movers, I had to call them 3 times for updates on their arrival... and each time i received inaccurate updates!The rushed move resulted in damage to my home and furniture, including a broken light fixture, scuffs to my desk and coffee table, a black/blue mark along my cream sofa etc. I sent an email to Mario and never received a phone call back regarding my concerns. I kept reaching out and kept receiving the answer of "our claims department is reviewing". Despite this, the company denied my claim, claiming they couldn't prove their movers were responsible.Even worse, after delivering this response, Mario completely stopped communicating with me. Movers you can NOT trust. They destroyed my $2600 tv along with damage to my walls in my new home. They made me wait over a week for a resolution on the claim to tell me because I had a tv mount man there when I unwrapped my television it was my fault. Worst company and worst service. Save your money and go elsewhere. I attempted to work with the company on just covering my tv and I’d forget about the wall damage but the fact they don’t want to cover the damage their worker admitted he caused is WILD! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Trusting movers my ass!! Broke a $3000 tv not trying to take fault at all.. even paid the extra $150 to have them wrap it so it doesn’t get broken.. and what happens they break it… also what they wrapped with was basically thin cloth and plastic.. could have wrapped it better with blankets at home… On top of this they damaged multiple walls and furniture.. which we weren’t even going to complain about because we figured that shit happens but after further investigation they should have wrapped our furniture with moving blankets that they did not use! And when we opened our tv and found it was broken we complained and was told to file claim which we did and claim was not accepted blaming us. After paying $1,500 for the move and tipping all 3 movers this is absolute BS. This is not how you run a company you would think they would try and make it right but no!
