As Indians, we love entertainment and hospitality. We have a varied palate and love having great conversations over good food. But we realized that there is not a lot of Indian food in our area, especially when it comes to authentic Indian cuisine cooked with traditional recipes or Indian street food! That's how we started our food truck -so we could eat the food we like and share the love with you.
The Secret? -to the rich flavors of our Indian food. Layers of cooking- layered spices that hit your palate at different times and layered cooking- be it the patient simmering a delicious soup made from simple ingredients or the cooking of the biryani in a layered and sealed earthen handi. Our food preparation starts days in advance with the roasting and grinding of dry Indian spices, overnight marination, and hours of slow cooking to allow all the flavors to meld.
The Result? - a delicious bite! Biryani you say. Try our special! Samosa? We serve piping hot with a side of 2 chutneys and a lot of love! Naan? Chickpeas with Mango? Indo-Chinese? We've got you covered! Spice it up with desi masala or cool it down with a mango lassi. We keep our cooking slow but provide fast service!
