This is a long overdo review, but because I have been out of the program for over 2 months I can attest to the long standing results!
I joined Pocket Blonde Fitness in June 2023. At 37 years old I was at my all time high weight and could not lose a pound to save my life. Over the years I had tried keto, whole30 and hired multiple coaches. Things would work temporarily but as soon as I went back to a sustainable lifestyle I would gain it all back.
Lacey and Lila changed all of that! The difference is in their approach - they never made me feel guilty if I had a bad day or week. Always gave tips for traveling and constantly reminded me that one day isn’t going to undo your progress. In the past coaches would make you feel like a failure if macros weren’t perfect or you missed a workout. The mental load from that negativity was draining and was the reason I would eventually stop checking in.
I got so much positive feedback from Lila- even when I felt I deserved someone to tell me to get my s*** together- she was there with a smile and an encouraging message week after week. I consistently lost a pound a week for 6 months. Now I’m down about 24 pounds, which is a lot for my 5 foot self, and I feel the best I have in years.
I also need to mention during the program I went through some of the hardest times of my life thus far and took the time I needed here and there to focus on my personal life. Again, I was only met with encouragement to do what was best for me and my mental health in that moment. The lifestyle changes that PBF taught me allowed to step back from the gym for a couple weeks and not gain anything back.
I am currently taking a break after a year of tracking my macros and I have maintained my weight and strength by using what I learned in PBF and eyeballing my food and intuitive eating. I will be using them again in the future as an accountability partner to hit new goals I have for myself:)

Lila said we can do that. And here I am over a year later, in the best shape and health of my life. I’m down 10 pounds and have kept it off which was my goal. I’m able to enjoy life, my family, vacations, date nights you name it without having to stress, pre plan food or worry about missing fun because it’s not my diet.
PBF is truly a plan for life. This journey has become such a norm for me that days I don’t track or I’m on a getaway with my sweetie I can be confident in my abilities to eat drink and enjoy without worrying about setbacks or scale surges. I’ll probably be a PBF lifer hahaha.
I won’t lie … the beginning and structure at start was challenging I’m a busy working mom of 3 young kids so I definitely have the mentality of putting myself last BUT PBF was the best decision for me to keep up with my busy life while getting healthy & being the best version of myself.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Our passion for helping others and our wellness journeys. We both grew up in diet culture, standing at only 4'11 when we gained weight back in the day we felt it everywhere and we unfortunately spent WAY TO LONG hopping from 1 fad diet to another only to lose and gain the same 10-20 lbs FOR YEARS! We had no idea what was possible until we became educated and wish we had known what we know now way sooner!

Our whole program is completed online so this is never a concern but we do discuss the importance of wiping down gym equipment for our 1:1 clients who prefer gym workouts over home workouts!
