We scheduled a move-out cleaning with this company and had a great experience from start to finish. Communication was smooth and easy throughout the whole process, and they were very responsive. We weren’t physically there during the cleaning, so naturally we were a little nervous, but when we came back to check the apartment, it was spotless. I contracted for someone to clean my oven and stove top. The cleaner arrived exactly on time, was pleasant and efficient. She worked quickly and throughly, and the oven is sparkling . The oven light broke while she was cleaning. She reported it to me and the company right away, went out for a new bulb, and installed it before she left. Working with Homero was an uncomplicated smooth experience. Setting up your appointment and your desired cleaning needs was an easy process. Costs are established upfront. With my particular case the cleaning took longer to complete which wasn’t problematic, because there wasn’t a time constraint.
