What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to empower people to move from hesitation to actively pursuing their goals so they can live up to their full potential.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My desire to have control over my schedule and not have it run or control me is one thing.

I am a patient, empathetic, good listener that never gives up on people and that motivates people to not give up on themselves or their goals. I coach on total wellness of people, not only their present goals they are wanting help with, but how those areas also affect all other areas of their lives.

I provide online services through Zoom.com and also provide remote telecoaching.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I provide coaching remotely through Zoom.com and telecoaching. I am at least 6 feet from clients when coaching them one-on-one in person and in group coaching. I also do in-person coaching at buildings that have lots of space to social-distance.

All coaching has the option of being done 1:1 or in a group setting and may be done face-to-face or virtually via Zoom.
