Really good company to work with, they did our house and the neighbors to each side of us, and we split the cost with them. The fence quality, workmanship were excellent and the price was very fair, but what's more important was the post customer service. Ara came back to fix a few things we were not happy about at no charge. I had an amazing experience working with Calcoast from A-Z. I had a pretty big project, I wanted to get an aluminum fence and gate installed at my house and was nervous going into it because I heard the prices were very expensive. However, Erik came and gave me an amazing price and I was immediately convinced to work with him and this company because of how straightforward he made it seem. He gave me a quote same day, and gave me a few days to think it over. The next day I called him and told him I was ready to start and the contract was signed within the hour! I wasn't in a big rush but the team said they could get my project done next week and worked for only 3 days and everything was complete. The entire team and process was quick, efficient, and the result was exactly what I wanted at a great price. I had mixed experience working with this business. What I liked about them: 1] Quality of work was good. They did what we asked them to do. Some of the fence panels had got warped. They came and replaced them. What I did not like about them: 1] Poor customer support. They set up appointments and won't show up. I had to take off from work for these appointments and was disappointed because of no show from Calcoast. It happened few times. Later they gave us price discount due to their poor customer service.
